Our expertise includes consulting services and design-build of new facilities, refineries, pipelines, and offshore facilities, as well as retrofit and plant-betterment services. Corporate Information TASNEE Ethylene Cracker/ Polyethylene Complex Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia Using an innovative, integrated project management approach, Fluor and TASNEE oversaw the successful completion of the complex. With a capacity of 1,000 KTPY of ethylene and 300 KTPY of propylene, this facility was completed safely ahead of schedule, and within the original budget. Onshore Processing Facility Sakhalin Island, Russia Fluor provided engineering, procurement, and construction management to Exxon Neftegas Limited at a remote location near Chayvo, Russia. Fluor used a 24/7 project execution approach that spanned time zones around the world to complete the fast-track project under severe environmental conditions.

With increased demand for copper, gold, and iron ore, Fluor is one of the few EPC&M companies that has the global reach and local presence to support our mining clients in the execution of often logistically challenging and large-scale projects. The Rapid Growth Projects will increase the mining, processing, rail transportation, stockpiling, and ship loading installed capacity of BHP Billiton s iron ore assets in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Greater Gabbard Wind Farm United Kingdom Fluor is providing engineering, procurement and construction to develop the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm Project off the coast of the United Kingdom. It will feature 140 wind turbines, each with a rated capacity of 3.6 megawatts, making it the world s largest offshore wind farm when it is completed.

We Proudly Answer the Call For more than 65 years, Fluor has served United States and international government agencies by executing challenging projects worldwide. Fluor provides EPC&M services, contingency response, site management, facility operations and maintenance, environmental remediation, nuclear material management, and logistics support to the U.S. Government. Using our global execution platform, Fluor supports the U.S. Departments of Defense, Energy, Homeland Security, Labor, and State. Our successful performance was evident with the recent awards of the long-term LOGCAP IV and Savannah River Site management and operations contracts. Through our subsidiary, Del-Jen, we provide base operations support, construction services, operations and maintenance and education and training. Del-Jen provides supply, fuels, and transportation services for a wide range of Government facilities. Responsibilities include every aspect of managing, delivering, and storing supplies for active military bases, including handling hazardous materials, munitions, and technical equipment. Our teams operate vehicle fleets and deliver vital fueling services to aircraft, ships, and land-based vehicles at locations around the world. Markets Served LOGCAP IV Multiple sites, Afghanistan The U.S. Army relies on Fluor to provide base and combat services support for the Joint Task Forces-Afghanistan and Provincial Reconstruction Teams. Our duties include providing logistics, base camp construction, housing, transportation, fuel, meals, laundry, and recreation services. Our in-country team provides these services on a 24/7 basis, coordinating all activities with the military to carry out this important mission. Savannah River Site Aiken, South Carolina Fluor brought together an experienced team of industry experts to manage and operate the U.S. Department of Energy s Savannah River Site. We are responsible for processing and storing nuclear materials, as well as developing and deploying technologies to treat nuclear and hazardous wastes within this 310-square-mile complex.

6 GLOBAL SERVICES Doing groundbreaking work doesn t always require breaking ground. A World of Services Experience has taught us that some projects require a different approach. Our Global Services group offers customized solutions to assist plant and facility owners in improving their existing operations and enhancing the execution of their capital projects. Currently nearly 14,000 employees are working to meet clients needs at more than 300 sites around the world. Our service offering includes operations and maintenance; plant engineering; small capital project execution; procurement; mobile equipment, tool and fleet solutions; contract staffing; and other speciality services. We also provide support for plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. Eastman Chemical Company Kingsport, Tennessee Fluor s relationship with Eastman s Tennessee Operations, one of the largest chemical manufacturing sites in North America, spans more than 40 years. Our work at Kingsport supports both capital projects and operations activities, and includes construction, maintenance, warehouse management, mobile equipment, and tool repair services. Luminant 20 sites in Texas For nearly 25 years, Fluor has provided program management, station maintenance, outage support, construction services, and equipment at Luminant s 20 power-generating stations. These plants provide more than 18,300 megawatts of electric generation. Today nearly 400 Fluor employees provide full-time support to Luminant. Up to 1,500 personnel are employed during major plant outages.

Our five business lines include: Markets Served Solid-fueled Gas-fueled/IGCC Nuclear Plant Betterment Renewable Energy Jack County Generation Plant Jacksboro, Texas Fluor provided engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services to Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. for the 620 megawatt Jack County Generation Plant Unit 1. This natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant was completed six months ahead of schedule, and Fluor was subsequently awarded a similar contract for Brazos Jack County Unit 2 Plant. E.ON U.S. SO 2 Compliance Program Ghent, Kentucky With the challenge of reducing sulphur dioxide emissions from coal-fired plants, the Kentucky Utilities Company (an E.ON U.S. business) selected Fluor. We are responsible for engineering, procurement, technology selection, construction, and commissioning services for the Flue Gas Desulfurization program. Installation of new air emissions control equipment at two of the utility s power plants will enable these facilities to meet Clean Air Interstate requirements.
