We offer a one-stop service, giving you a single point of contact capable of managing your project from initial offer through to issue of final report. All this is available around the clock - supported by a dedicated workforce who understand the demands of testing. We have core competences in the following areas: Managing requirements We have considerable experience in reviewing complex compliance requirements of major test programs. The focus is always to manage the risk, minimise the amount of testing and provide evidence and argument to demonstrate compliance through meaningful testing. Programme Management Using our expertise, we can help create management, control and test plans which will provide authoritative guidance on the interpretation of standards, limits and performance criteria. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) & Environmental Testing We have recently moved to a new 5000m 2 test facility at our Fareham Head Quarters and equipped it with the latest EMC and Environmental test equipment. We have 150 staff, most with higher level technical qualifications who are committed to meeting your expectations. Training Courses Our consultants and engineers possess a wealth of knowledge and experience which they can impart to your employees at our dedicated facilities or on your own site. If you do not have the resources to support your product then we can conduct the test programme in your absence, keeping you regularly informed of progress. We are a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited test laboratory (No. 0141) for testing both at our permanent premises and off-site. These facilities are in a prime location designed specifically to meet the demanding requirements of the latest test standards including RTCA DO-160, EN60529 and IEC In addition we are familiar with specifications from all the leading manufacturers including Airbus, SAAB and Boeing. We have a comprehensive range of Environmental (Climatic & Mechanical) test facilities including: Climatic Vibration Shock Ingress Protection HALT/HASS Packaging performance With 9 Climatic chambers and vibration test machines, many with flush mounted floors and 4m doors, we are able to accommodate large-scale subassemblies weighing up to 5 tons. We are also one of the largest independent providers of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) services to the aerospace industry. 10 lined EMC chambers, 2 over 9m long with 4m doors State of the art, computer controlled, Power Supply Conditioning (PSC) Lightning (Level 5 indirect) Immunity Levels / High Intensity Radiated Fields (HIRF) Electro Static Discharge (ESD) Approved to undertake voltage waveform 5A testing to Boeing specifications.
