9 Urban Traffic Management TELELINK TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER and SCHLOTHOWER&WAUER INES+ (1) Adaptive Traffic Control Software - Telelink Traffic Control center incorporates Schlothauer&Wauer s INES+ for all traffic calculations and changes in the intersection signal diagrams (2) Telelink platform collects information from various detectors (cameras, magnetic, inductive loops, etc.) and feeds INES+ with traffic intensity information (3) Based on INES+ calculations a new signal diagrams are prepared (4) Telelink platform translates the INES+ newly calculated traffic plans and loads them to the various intersection controllers (!!!) No matter the different platforms and models, Telelink Traffic Control Center ensures consistent and up-to-date configuration of all intersection controllers
