This will allow synergies in operations, training and maintenance but requires closer integration between systems. 7 Financial Overview ACCS Programme The Investment cost of the ACCS Programme is a mix of common funded (funded through the NATO Security Investment Programme) and Nationally funded elements. NATO Security Investment Programme portion managed by the NCI Agency, AirC2 Programme Office & Services Approved Capability Packages (CP) : 1,900 M Contracted : 1,400 M Potential yearly expenditure profile : ~ 160 M ( ~ 20% of the yearly NSIP ceiling) 7 NATO UNCLASSIFIED
8 Opportunities ACCS Software-Based Elements To extend the ACCS implementation to 10 additional nations Scope Status Procurement of COTS Software, and Hardware, Voice Communication Systems, Link 11 equipment, cryptographic material, implementation of minor adaptation civil works.
