2 Step One You will receive an comprising your Application Number and a link directing you to the Sign Up page on the DataFlow Group website Enter your Application Number provided in the Enter your registered ID and Password You will receive an containing an activation link and your login credentials

3 Step Two Log in by entering the credentials provided in the received

4 Step Three If you have been previously screened by the DataFlow Group, enter your Barcode Number for the related client and apply for a report transfer. If you do not have the Barcode Number, click on the provided link to search If you are being screened for the first time by the DataFlow Group, simply click the No tab

5 Step Four After providing the required details, read the Disclaimer carefully, select the I Agree tab and proceed with your application process

6 Step Five On the Personal Details page, enter your information in the required fields and proceed

7 Step Six On the Education Details page, enter your information in the required fields as per MoH requirements and proceed

8 Step Seven On the Health License Details page, enter your licensure information in the required fields and proceed

9 Step Eight On the Employment Details page, enter your previous employment information in the required fields as per MoH requirements and proceed

10 Step Nine On the Letter of Authorisation page, upload a signed and scanned copy of your Letter of Authorisation and proceed

11 Step Ten To print all your provided details, click on the Print All Details tab To download all your uploaded documents, click on the Download All Documents tab After reviewing your provided information, read the Disclaimer carefully, click on the I Agree tab, select Save & Next and proceed to the Payment Details page Your DataFlow Group Reference ID will be generated at this stage

12 Step Eleven In Step 3, if you selected the report transfer option, your payment details and amount will be shared with you in a separate - once your existing report and information is audited If you are applying for the first time, Payment details and amount will be automatically populated and displayed After completing the payment process, your application will be audited by the DataFlow Group. This may take between 24 and 48 hours post submission of your application Incomplete applications will be rejected, with instructions to provide missing details and documents. Applicants will receive an notification for the requirements that need to be fulfilled as per the rejection Upon the successful completion of the application, Primary Source Verification of the credentials will be processed by the DataFlow Group

13 Important Notes: Applications with previous DataFlow Group reports may require an additional payment if new certificates need to be verified and added to the updated report.
