3 1. Introduction The PNR Editor is an easy to use tool that provides users with an interface to every stored PNR (File key). Its primary function is to allow B2B agencies basic amendments to PNR s such as cancel, retrieve, queuing, audit trail, change ticketing time limit and set information such as remark into the PNR. The aim of the PNR edit tool is to keep the usability as simple as possible in order to allow agents with limited CRS knowledge to easily accomplish basic amendments and administration tasks for their bookings. 2. Login There are 3 options to log-in: 1. Use the link and login with your B2B credentials: Ypsilon.Net AG Page 3/3

5 After login click on booking Statistic/my bookings and you will be automatically logged into the pnr edit tool. 3. Login via the conso portal Ypsilon.Net AG Page 5/5

7 3. Menu guidance After a successful login, you will see all your bookings displayed on the first page. You will also be able to navigate from page to page at the bottom of the screen: Ypsilon.Net AG Page 7/7
8 3.1 Top menus: pnr actions To use any of the options above, first select the PNR you wish to edit from the booking list. display (in CRS): display the booking PNR in CRS. For example: The below file key was booked via the B2B agentweb. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 8/8
9 By marking the PNR from your booking list and then clicking on display(in CRS), the system will retrieve and display the current status of the PNR in the GDS. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 9/9
10 edit (remarks, tktl): Amend ticketing time limit or auto cancel date, change the PNR status and enter remarks. For example: By changing the ticketing time limit date from 04/AUG to 06/AUG the system will overwrite it directly in the GDS. Note: this will only be done if you have previously ticked both functions in the options menu >> ticketing/time limit. (see below screen shot) otherwise, the ticketing time Limit will not be modified in the GDS. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 10/10

12 audit trail(log): Mark up PNR first in order to expose all changes that were made for the selected PNR. The logs contain the following information: Booking record, user, IP, time stamp and executed function. check status: Refresh the status, if the status has not been changed then the status remains unmodified. A Status is a free text information that can be defined freely by the agent. Example of status: ticketed, cancelled, call customer, payment needed etc. The status is a mere information used to qualify a booking. To create new or delete existing status, go to option/processing state Ypsilon.Net AG Page 12/12
13 Once you have created your status, you can allocate any given status to any booking from the status drop down menu: Action status will be automatically indicated by the system (queue to ticket queue, cancelation, ticketed). Ypsilon.Net AG Page 13/13
14 issue(queue): place any given PNR on the ticketing queue for immediate ticketing. The ticketing queue must first be set up in the blue portal! cancel: First select a booking, then click on the cancel option to delete a PNR directly in the GDS.The system will prompt you to confirm the action first before Executing the cancellation in order to avoid accidental cancellations. 15 Once the booking is cancelled, the status of the booking will be updated. You will see a bin on the far right hand side of the page under the CX column, indicating that the booking was cancelled. If you cancel the PNR then you can retrieve it by click on view >> show cancelled Tools s: It is possible to send s to the end customer or any one else but first, the document templates must be defined. 16 Once you open the template, you will see several variables that can be used to prepopulate your text with values extracted from the booking. The variable must always be written in a capital letter and must have curly bracket at the beginning and at the end. 17 How can you apply the above variable? Open the template new template and write your text in the field. For instance, if you wish the first lines of the to insert the name and first name of the customer automatically after the words Dear Mr/Mrs you will use the variables {BILLING_SNAME} and {BILLING_FNAME}. 23 Quotes Log agweb: This function is only valid for agencies that are enabled for the quotation system in B2B. This function enables the agent to retrieve all PDF quotes made in the B2B agentweb booking engine. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 23/23

28 Common: - startup: show changelog: This window will introduce any new features such as special offers, bug fixes, etc.. It appears once at the start of the application and can be disabled in the options menu. We recommend to activate this option. show reminder/notifier window: this option is currently deactivated. 29 - ticketing/time limit: Change Ticketing/Time limit in PNR: the message/remark in PNR will be overwritten.(see above explanations) For example: if you don t activate this option: Ypsilon.Net AG Page 29/29
30 Any changes of the ticketing time limit in the PNR edit tool will not be reflected in the GDS and the original ticketing time limit remains unchanged. For example: In reverse, if the option is activated, any changes of ticketing time limits in the Pnr editor will be reflected in the GDS. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 30/30
31 Modification of the time limit in the pnr edit tool automatically triggers the modification in the GDS: The same logic is valid for the auto cancel option. - Notify/reminder: cancellation resets "reminder-date": If you activate this option and cancel the PNR, then the pre defined reminders set under PNR actions will also be automatically cancelled. 34 - display: If you cross display first passenger as "customer": the booking will always appear on the list. the name of the first passenger in Ypsilon.Net AG Page 34/34
35 Colour per fare type: Personalise your colours per fare type. For example: display net fares in red or published fares in purple. Default setting: Customized setting: To visualise your customized settings sign off and back in again! Ypsilon.Net AG Page 35/35
36 Processing state: Define the name of status. This is a free text field option where users can define a status qualifier which will appear in the column status. of the PNR list. Add new status: click on new and insert the new status qualifier in the empty line. Once the new status is created, it can be applied to any booking. Just select the new status option in the PNR list. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 36/36
37 To cancel a status, mark the line of the status you wish to delete and click on the delete button. The status is then cancelled. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 37/37
38 additional accounts: Create a new B2C account. If you create a new B2C account then all PNR s including the ones from the new B2C agent will be displayed in the PNR list. 40 Fill the form with credentials from the new B2C agent The new B2C account will then appear see the user peterszalaidemo in the list. When the B2C agent peterszalaitest has made booking then this will also shown in the PNR edit list. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 40/40
41 3.1.5 logout: After you are logged out you see the login window again. to logoff use the logout button on the top of the menu help: This online help tool will allow user to find information about the PNR edit tool. Ypsilon.Net AG Page 41/41
42 3.1.7 airline: Display your PNR s by airlines passenger: Search for a booking based on a passenger name filekey: Retrieve a booking by file key. 3.2 Main window: PNR s can be sorted by different criteria(click on the appropriate column): filekey: If you click on filekey, PNR s will be sorted alphabetically.
