2 1. Activate Drive Drive must be activated for each new prospect before you can create and send personalized videos. To do this, simply click the Activate Drive button found below the Details on the prospect s page. 2. Add Media Once activated, Drive automatically creates a new container in your Library with the prospect s name as the title. The new container is empty and prompts you with 3 options of how to add media: Copy from Library, Record Media, and Upload Media. To Copy from Library: Select Copy from Library to open the Library of videos. Using either the search box or the expandable list, find the video you would like to copy then click the yellow copy button to the right of the video. The media, along with it s chapters, slides, slide timings, and closed captioning will be copied into the new container. The existing discussion will not be copied. 2

3 To Record Media: Select Record Media to open the Virtual Studio. You may be prompted to allow your web browser access to your microphone and camera, allowing this access is necessary in order to record the video. If you would like to upload a presentation to play alongside your video, you can do so here. All slide advancements made during the recording will be saved to the video. When ready, click Start Recording and begin your recording. Once you are finished click Stop Recording and preview your video. You have the option to submit the video or re-record. When submitted, the video will be added to the container with the title My Media To Upload File: Simply click Upload File from the 3 options and select the video file from your computer. Note: You will not be prompted with these 3 options in containers that already house content, however they can be accessed by clicking the blue+ button in the bottom right corner of Drive. This opens the floating action menu which includes Copy from Library, Record Media, and Upload Media as well as the option to Create a new Container. 3. Send Videos Once all of the videos are in the container, click Send in the top right corner of Drive. From here, you can choose the appropriate template and edit the introduction and body/conclusion. 3

4 By default, the entire container will be sent in the container view. If you would like to send the container in the player view, click Attach Video in top left corner, then click Player. Click Preview to test how the link will open for the recipient. If you do not want to send the entire container, you can select one video from the list to send instead. When the is complete, click send in the top right corner. Managing Videos Edit Metadata To change the title and description of a video, click the gear icon in the bottom right corner, then click Manage. From here you have the ability to edit the title, date created, and description as well as the ability to upload a custom screen shot. Edit Chapter & Slide Timings To Add Chapters: Click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video you wish to edit, then click Edit Chapters & Slides. Press play and begin watching your video. When you would like to insert a chapter begin typing the chapter name in the text box that says Create a new chapter. Your video will automatically pause and will resume once you click save. Repeat this process until you have inserted all of the chapters. If you would like the change the timing of a chapter, click on the chapter s marker on the timeline and drag it to the desired time. To edit a chapter s details, click the blue button next to the chapter as indicated in the diagram above. To delete the chapter, click the red X. When you have finished entering each chapter click Done. Pro Tip: It is always a good idea to add at least 1 chapter to your video to avoid the no chapters found message. Pro Tip: When uploading a custom screen shot, a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 is recommended for best results. 4

5 Edit chapter details Create a new chapter Timeline Switch to slide editor To Add Slides & Edit Timings: Click the orange wrench button as indicated in the previous diagram. Then select Slide Editor. Click Upload and select the file you would like to import or drag and drop the file into the space provided. Once the file is uploaded, press play and you can begin adding the materials one by one using the blue Set Slide button, or you can add all slides at once in even intervals throughout the video by clicking Add All. Add slides one by one Add all slides Just as with the chapters, you can change the timings of the slides by dragging the slide marker along the timeline. When finished, click Done. 5

6 Reorder Videos To reorder videos, click the list view icon inside the container you want to reorder. Hover your cursor over the 3 dots on the content you want to move. Your cursor will turn into a double sided arrow and you can then click and drag the content to reorder. 6
