1 SELLING MOPAR VEHICLE PROTECTION PLANS WITH WIADVISOR SETUP

2 1 In preparation for Release 1.7 coming soon, which deals with handling selling Service Contacts, dealers will need to go into to OMM Admin and select the service contracts they wish to display and sell through wiadvisor. The following guide will walk you through how to do this. We recommend doing this from a computer, but it can be accessed through an ipad. The service contracts will not display in wiadvisor until Release 1.7 goes live. Further instructions will be provided at that time in regards as how to add a service contract to the repair order. Pilot dealers will have a couple of weeks to make sure the service contracts are set up correctly in wiadvisor and Production dealers will have about a month. If the dealer has not completed this exercise then either the service contracts could be priced incorrectly, have a mismatched Op Code or not display on wiadvisor at all. Accessing the Service Contracts in the OMM Admin From wiadvisor, click on the three horizontal bars and select wiadvisor Tools

3 2 If you are logged into the interface, your dealership will be selected. If not, click on the three dots at the end of the Welcome (your name) as Dealer Admin of. Once you click on the three dots, you will see your dealership name, click on it to highlight, then click select and you will be in the interface for your dealership. At this point, click on OMM Admin under the Administration tab. This will bring you to the following screen. Click on the Configure tab.

4 3 Then click on Dealer Recommended Services. You will now see the Dealer Recommended Services. Click on the Service Category box, scroll down, and select Service Contracts category. Click Search button to filter Dealer Recommended Services list.

5 4 Make sure that one of the Chrysler Group Brands is selected. You can edit one of the Makes (Chrysler in this example) and then automatically populate the other Chrysler Group Makes with the same settings for each of the service contracts. You will see a list of the service contracts offered by Chrysler. For non-reynolds dealers, the service contracts will be selected for display, the service contract # will be populated as the OP Code, and the manufacturer suggested price will be populated as the selling price. Reynolds dealers are a little different in that the Op Code will not be populated. You will need to look at each line and each page and edit as needed following these instructions. Review each line. The service contract will either be one that you sell or one that you do not. We will review what to do in both cases, so read through these instructions so you can tackle both.

6 5 First, let s deal with the scenario that the service contract in question is one that you sell. Make sure there is a check mark in the Selected for Display box (Figure 1) Then verify that the Op Code is one that is in your DMS or populate the OpCode (Figure 2) that corresponds to the specific service contract in your DMS (Figure 3). Edit or add as needed. Then verify selling price. Edit as needed. If this is a service contract that you do not sell, then make sure the Selected for Display is not checked (click on the check mark to uncheck it). Once you have completed these three steps on this line, click the set group button at the far right of the line (Figure 4). This will lock the data for that service contract for the selected Make. you will click on the chevrons on the far right of the line (Figure 5). This will open up additional options for this service contract. See below. 6 7 The Month Based option will be selected with the Start and Repeat month set at the maximum interval. Please, do not make any adjustments. On the bottom left of the screen you will see an Apply to all makes box (Figure 6). Check this box and select Save (Figure 7). This applies the changes you made to all Chrysler brands.

7 6 The final step is to push submit to make the changes live. This must be done either by service or by page. Do not leave the page until you have clicked submit. Complete this for each service contract on each page before the dates mentioned at the beginning of this tutorial. The Release 1.7 Notes will contain instructions on how to handle the service contracts in wiadvisor. Please contact the help desk at or
