3 New Features & Improvements Dealer Management Reports Usage Report - Number of pushes by Service Advisor - Total dollars pushed through wiadvisor by User - Average dollars per push - Total hours pushed by Service Advisor and Dealership Summary Report - Total Parts and Labor dollars sold by type of service - Total number of Triage items sold by type - Percentage of actual sold vs potential dollars Factory Required Declined Service Report - Total dollars lost from declined services through wiadvisor by User - Average dollars lost from declined services through wiadvisor by User - Breakout by Make of number of services offered, declined, percentage, and dollars involved by User VIP Report Printable VIP report hyperlink and PDF CAIR CAIR notification/cair update sent to Chrysler s Customer Assistance Center once the micropod has been connected to the vehicle advising them the vehicle has arrived at the dealership Walk Around and Pre-Write Enhancements Mark All No Damage button added to the Walk Around (Vehicle) tab to assist User to take corrective action, as all items are defaulted to Not Checked and appears on the Pre-write as Not Checked unless User selects the Mark All No Damage or makes the appropriate changes to each item individually. Items that are not in need of repair will change from Not Checked to None or Ok NOTE: The Walk Around (Tires) tab is not affected by the Mark All No Damage button. All items are defaulted to Not Checked and must be selected by the User 3

Revised Walk Around tab to include Comments, License Plate, and Inspection / Tag Due Date Customer States and Customer Requests buttons added for individual service comments User Interface (UI) Enhancements Modified the manual VIN search feature by allowing the last 8 characters of the VIN opposed to the full 17 character VIN (Chrysler Group and FIAT VINs Only) Added ability to save vehicles in Queue Completed Vehicle Queue shows Service Advisor s name associated with completed vehicle Added progress bar to show Gathering Vehicle Information status when the micropod is done collecting data Replaced tab icons with titles Added multiple Edit buttons in various locations for User ease Added multiple Cancel/Save buttons in various locations for User ease when editing Triage Items listed above Dealer Recommended Maintenance Select All button added for Triage Items and Dealer Recommended Maintenance Created Customer Concerns Filter for selection ease without having to select a specific service category Service Advisor s name automatically selected in the Assign RO tab based on Service Advisor signed in DMS Specific Enhancements Op Code push change preventing DMS description change logic added (AutoMate) Odometer, Tag, Promise Time, and Line comments included in RO push data (PBS) Revised Customer name information logic when customer data is password protection (ADP) 4
