1 INVITATION FOR AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PetroleumBRUNEI wishes to invite interested Bumiputra contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the following future tender. Website design & Development a) Multiple samples of professional and creative website designs design guideline provided by Company. b) Back-end programming c) Photos to be used on the website photoshoot to be done by Contractor. d) Updated functionality such as rotating home banner, drop down menu bars, contact forms etc. e) Content management system - to upload information and latest news in house. f) Content directly linked to all PetroleumBRUNEI social media accounts g) Spam prevention and online security h) Location map i) Mobile device optimization j) Website analytics number of traffic into the website, keywords that brings visitors etc. 2. Web hosting a) Website link to be maintained; b) Unlimited hosting space, site bandwidth and accounts c) In house website server d) Search engine submission 3. Maintenance a) Maintaining and managing site (after hoffice hours) b) Website update to be done within 24 hours of request (after office hours) i. Modification and addition of website content ii. Image manipulation and addition iii. Replacing images and pictures iv. Adding/removing pages v. PDF creation and uploading vi. 2 4. Trainings Training for in-house maintenance which includes the following: i. Content management (uploading or removing contents including pictures, files etc.) ii. Resolving broken links iii. Resolving issues of spam or security breach (hacking) iv. Other relevant trainings involving website maintenance. Required Documentation In accordance with the Local Business Development Directive, this tender falls under Basic quadrant. This EOI is open for Bumiputra companies. Contractor is required to submit the following: 1. Completed EOI Form as requested in Appendix A 2. Company s Profile (including company s experience in providing the relevant services) All submissions must be submitted to via to EOI@pb.com.bn latest by 0900am (Brunei Local Time), Monday, 17 th September For reference purposes, please state the EOI title and reference number (as above) in your submission together with all the relevant documentations as mentioned above. This EOI shall not be construed to oblige PetroleumBRUNEI to accept any submitted expression as an agreement for the above Scope of Work. PetroleumBRUNEI reserves the right and sole discretion to determine the bidders for the future tender, if any.
