1 Customer Self-Serve URL to bookmark: The Pragmatic customer self-serve portal can be accessed by account administrators and individual moderators. The main functions are: Administrator: Add/edit/close user accounts View reports View/download invoices Download recordings Moderator: Adjust account (call) preferences Download recordings View reports Launch the Audio Console

2 Customer Self-Serve Administrator (Account Owner) Your login credentials are unique and should have been supplied to you by your Sales Representative or Account Development Manager. If you do not have your credentials, please contact Pragmatic Customer Service at (via View a list of moderators assigned to your billing account Add a moderator account Edit the details of an existing moderator Create a department header to enable detailed billing Request a replacement wallet card for an existing moderator account Edit administrator details such as name, & password

3 Moderator Summary Many administrative functions can be accomplished from the Moderator Account Summary screen. From here, you can add a moderator, setup a department, export the list of accounts to Excel, edit account details, print a hard copy of the account details, a summary of the account details to the address on file (or adjust the recipient accordingly) and re-send the full welcome for any moderator.

4 Add a Moderator In the Personal Details section, all fields denoted with the asterisks must be completed; if the address is left blank, it will default to the address on the main account. At this level, the address is important as this is the delivery address for the wallet card. Access codes are randomly generated Additional Details allows you to add a secondary contact to receive reports (not mandatory)

5 Add a Moderator (cont d) The features that appear in the Audio Conferencing Account Preferences section are default settings; these can be edited per moderator. Name Prompt: the audio bridge will ask each participant to state their name; this is a Yes / No option Exit/Entry Tones: as each participant is placed into the conference, the system can introduce the caller by name (if Name Prompt has been enabled), play a brief tone or join the caller with silence Moderator Wait: if set to Yes, music will broadcast into your conference call while participants wait for the moderator to arrive. When the moderator (or anyone entering with the moderator code) arrives, the music atomically stops and the call becomes interactive Reference Number: if set to Yes, the system will prompt the moderator to use his or her telephone keypad to enter a billing reference code (numeric codes only) Account Status: this is where (as an administrator) you can disable an account; the account codes will no longer work

6 Setup a Department>Add a Department The Department feature is very helpful for billing accounts that have many Moderators. It allows you to quickly identify usage of audio conferencing for a specific department. Departments appear on reports and invoices. Export All By exporting a list of accounts, you can sort the data by any relevant field in Excel. If moderators have left your organization, you may decide to edit or disable the account(s).

7 Instant Replay Instant Replay allows users to dial-in and listen to a previously recorded conference call. You may the Instant Replay information to anyone you would like to invite to listen to any particular call. Call Download Call Download allows you to download a.wav file of any users conference call and listen to it on your computer using an audio player. Please note that all recorded calls will only be saved for one month in the Recorded Call Summary, after one month they will be deleted. Download: save local copy of the file in.wav format Information: displays dial-in number(s), passcode & replay ID for Instant Replay Information: allows you to enter the addresses of the parties you would like to send the Instant Replay Information to

8 Reports Account Owner Reports Track usage and amount spent on audio conferencing via our flexible reporting feature. Select the time frame and columns you want to view. You will be able to export the data to Microsoft Excel by simply pressing on a button below the report. Drill down to view more about a Moderator by clicking on the Moderator's Account Number. Note: The date range includes the end date. Invoices Only the 3 most recent invoices are visible here, the oldest month will delete when the next month s invoice is generated. Click Download Invoice to view, print & save the file to your hard drive.
