3 Default Passcode Features Host and Guest join in default Talk mode Tones on participant entry into a conference call No tones on participant exit from a conference call Participant Name Record: Participants are prompted to record their name before joining the conference; for the purpose of a Host initiated Roll Call Post Conference Summary Report (PCSR) is a summary of a concluded conference call. It is sent to the registered address of the Host or Scheduler. Ability to record important calls [Host-Activated] Receive the recording via at the end of the conference that was recorded. (Automated) Passcode based dial out available via conductor web only. [Host-Activated] Ability to lock and unlock conference via conductor web and through IVR [Host-Activated] Chairperson disconnect available via conductor web and through IVR command [Host-Activated]

4 Special Features [Upon Configuration by administrator only] The Conference Level Passcode allows a conference Host to configure a dynamic secondary level passcode each time a conference is conducted. This adds a layer of security to the existing host and guest pass code [Upon Configuration only] Project Code when enabled allows the Host to enter a numeric project code upon entry into the conference call. This code also reflects on your invoice and conference summary report. [Upon Configuration only] Quick Start overrides the Host Login and allows the meeting to start with only guest codes. With this feature enabled, the conference begins as soon as the first participant logs in and Guest participants can communicate with all others as soon as they enter the conference, with or without attendance of a Conference Host. [Facility enabled Upon Specific user request only]

5 How to get a Chorus Call Passcode Chorus Call will send Passcode details to your official . For additional assistance, please contact Helpdesk

6 How to start and end your Conference Joining a Call Send Participants your meeting invitation Dial the conference number, enter your passcode and you will be connected to your conference The meeting starts when the chairperson enters their passcode. Ending a Call All participants end the call by disconnecting their phones By default, when the Chairperson hangs up, all participants will continue to remain connected to the conference call. Get further security with the Conference Level Passcode, ask your account manager for more information.

9 Post Call Summary Reports (PCSR) Keep a track of your conference by activating Chorus Call s Post Call Summary Report. The PCSR ensures that the Host / authorized user receive an report of the conference summary. This report is system generated and is automatically dispatched to the registered addresses at the end of each conference call.

10 Best Practices If you must use a speaker phone be sure to use the mute button on your phone when not speaking. Speaker phones may sometimes deteriorate audio quality on your conferences Enter *6 to mute and unmute your line while in conference. This will help eliminate background noise when you are not speaking. When in conference avoid answering another call from the same phone, hold music from your line will disturb a bridge call in progress. if you must mute your conference line first using *6. Seek Operator Assistance by pressing *0 when faced with challenges on your conference call. The operator will attend to you privately without interrupting a meeting that is in progress. Do not connect two conference calls together using the conference feature on your phone, this significantly reduces audio quality Avoid Skype and IPLC services unless you are able to confirm that you get consistently good quality. If you are in a conference room, ensure that you have tested the equipment before the meeting starts
