1 MCC Client Communicator User Manual Logging in The login page can be accessed at or use the link included in the you received with your login information. Enter your User Name and Password and click Sign In. If you have forgotten your password, Click I forgot my password and enter your User Name. Click Request new password to be sent a new password. If you have forgotten your User Name please contact support at Ext. 2 or support@incontact.ca.
2 Exploring the Client Communicator Screen - My Settings Clicking on My Settings will open information below that will show your contact information. If information in this section is wrong, click Edit to update the phone number. For all other changes please contact support at Ext 2 or support@incontact.ca to have the changes made on your Client Communicator account.
3 Exploring the Client Communicator Screen Click on Send to Send your Communication Clicking on the icon beside Click on Send will open information below that will show you any communications that are ready to be sent. These communications have been prepared by head office. Beside each communication you will have 5 options. a. Edit Rates This option will allow you to Edit any rates that are included on the communication before it is sent to your contact list. Click on Edit Rates to open fields where you are able to edit the rate fields on the communication. When complete click Save & Close. b. Preview Click Preview to see what the communication looks like. The communication will open in a separate window allowing you to view the entire communication. Close the window when you have finished previewing the communication. c. Test Drive Test Drive will allow you to send a copy of the communication to your own . Under the My Contact List heading you will see a Contact called **Test Drive** with your name and . This is the contact record where the communication will be sent
4 as a test. This contact should not be deleted if you wish to send yourself a copy of the communication before it is sent to your contacts. d. Send Click Send to the communication to all contacts that have an address. The will be sent to all contacts that are listed under the My Contact List heading. Please Note: After you have clicked Send the communication will be removed from your account. e. Decline Click Decline is you do not wish to send the communication. No s will be sent. Please Note: After you have clicked Delete the communication will be removed from your account Exploring the Client Communicator Screen Reports Reports will allow you to view the number of s that have been sent. Also how many s failed or bounced back as undeliverable. Unsubscribed will tell you how many clients asked to be removed from receiving more s. When an comes back as Failed, Bounced or Unsubscribed the symbol for that status will show beside the contact under the Contact List. This will allow you to see which contacts have s that are not valid as well as clients who have unsubscribed. Contacts who have unsubscribed will automatically be removed from any further s you send out from the Client Communicator.
5 Exploring the Client Communicator Screen Add a Contact Add a Contact will allow you to manually enter a contact to receive the communication. Clients you have in Expert will be showing under the Contact List, however if you have other contacts you want to add these can be entered manually. Please Note: if you want to add numerous contacts to the list and these contacts are on an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file, you can use the Import Contacts option rather than manually entering each contact. To add a new contact, enter the First Name, Last Name, and address in the fields available and click Save. Once the contact is added you will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen saying the contact has been saved. The contact will show in your contact list.
6 Exploring the Client Communicator Screen My Contact List Under this heading you will find a list of all contacts that have been pulled from your Expert account. If there are contacts that are not in the list that you would like to add to the Client Communicator, you have the option to either add a contact manually or import contacts. Beside each contact you will have 2 options. a. Edit To make changes to the First Name, Last Name or address click the Edit option. Fields for the First Name, Last Name and will open allowing you to change any of all of these fields. When you are complete click Save. You will be returned to your contact list with the changes showing. b. Delete To remove a contact from the list click Delete. The contact will be removed from your contact list and will not receive any communications.
7 Exploring the Client Communicator Screen Import Contacts To add numerous contacts to the Client Communicator you have the option to Import these contacts rather than adding each one individually. Contacts must be on an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file to import into the Client Communicator. There are 4 steps to prepare a file to be imported into the Client Communicator. To view these steps, click on the Learn more about importing section. In this section you will see the 4 steps to follow. The steps to importing are also listed below.

10 Changing Your Password When your account is initially set up you will be sent a user name and a password to log in with. To change this password to your own, click the Change password link in the top right corner. Your will be asked to enter a New Password. This is the password you want to use going forward. Enter this same password again under the Confirm New Password field and click Change. Your password the next time you log in will be the password you have just entered.
