Baxter Driver Alert Real-time, advance notifications via text or tell you when your Baxter driver will deliver PD supplies to your home. A concise delivery window Available ONLY through Baxter To start receiving Baxter Driver Alerts, read the instructions inside, then visit driveralert.baxter.com!

2 How do I start to receive Baxter Driver Alerts? STEP STEP 1 Open your internet browser. Type in the address bar: driveralert.baxter.com 2 Once the web page opens, you will see the Driver Alert login screen. Save the page to your Favorites. STEP 3 Enter your 8-digit account number. This is located on your Patient Order, Delivery Calendar and packing slip. (Your account number is the same as your customer number on the packing slip.) Click the Track button.

3 How do I receive automatic alerts? Click the tab. Check the box next to 15 minutes before delivery and select your desired number of minutes to be notified before delivery. Enter your full address in the box. Place a semi-colon (;) between each address if you are entering multiple addresses. Click the Save button in the upper right of your screen.

4 How do I receive automatic text alerts? Click the Text tab. Check the box next to 15 minutes before delivery and select your desired number of minutes to be notified before delivery. Enter your 10-digit phone number, without the 1 or spaces between the numbers, in the box. Place a semi-colon (;) between each phone number if you are entering multiple phone numbers. Click the Save button in the upper right of your screen.

5 What do the screen icons mean? HOME NOTIFICATION SETTINGS DELIVERY HISTORY REFRESH CURRENT DELIVERY LOCAL TIME ZONE If you are scheduled to receive a delivery that day You will see the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the delivery You will also see the STATUS of the delivery: SCHEDULED Your delivery is on the Baxter truck. IN PROGRESS Your delivery is on its way to you. DELIVERED Your PD supplies have been delivered. If you are NOT scheduled to receive a delivery that day You will not see an ETA, date or status

6 Need-to-know facts about Baxter Driver Alert If you have selected to receive alerts via , the Subject Line will read: Baxter Delivery Notice. If you have selected to receive alerts via , please take the necessary steps to avoid the s from being delivered to your Junk or Spam folder. Once you set up your profile with either an address(es) or text number(s), you will receive alerts automatically. It s not necessary to set up your profile for each delivery. We encourage you to visit driveralert.baxter.com to check the status of your delivery. If a Baxter truck with your delivery should break down, you will be notified and your delivery ETA will change. There may be times when a Baxter truck has entered an area without cellular service. In these cases, the status of your delivery will not be shown until the truck enters an area with cellular service. To opt out of receiving Baxter Driver Alerts at any time, remove the check from the minutes before delivery box and remove the address(es) or text number(s) that you entered. Click the save button in the upper right of your screen. Baxter Driver Alert is available on the iphone and other smart phones, the ipad, tablets, and personal computers. Baxter Driver Alert is not available: For off-schedule deliveries. When UPS, another carrier or other non-baxter truck is making the delivery. Questions?
