2 Welcome To Affiliate Rex V2. The following guide will help you set up your system ready to promote your AUTO-APPROVED JVZOO affiliate Products. Please view the Affiliate Rex videos first as this will give you a good overview of what you need to do. Login to Affiliate Rex from the Login link on the top menu. When logged in you will be automatically taken to the Management Center. You will something like the screenshot below. Before using Affiliate Rex V2 you will need to set up a few things like API keys and Secret keys for your chosen autoresponder and Affiliate Networks (JVZOO, ClickBank and Warrior Plus). From the Affiliate Centers drop down menu select Affiliate Center Settings And Maintenance Page 2

3 Most fields are empty at this point so lets start to set everything up. If you do not have a GetResponse Account then you can get a 30 day free trial from the big red button at the top right of the screen. Simply follow the prompts to create your free trial account. For full details see video or a free Send In Blue account. You can get both from the links at the top right of the page ADD GETRESPONSE, CLICKBANK & SENDINBLUE KEYS Each field on this page includes a like to collect your required keys etc. Of course you will need to be logged into the various accounts. Ad the keys to the appropriate fields and click the blue buttons to save your data. To find your Send In Blue Form token see the video guides and/or the FAQ PDF. Page 3

4 SELECT AUTORESPONDER To select your desired autoresponder click the apprpriate radio button and save using the blue button. ADD API KEY TO JVZOO Next you need to get your affiliate link for the products inside Affiliate Rex. To do this first select the product you want approval for from the drop down list in the Add Approved Affiliate Links form. Then click The PRODUCT DETAILS button. A box will open up at the bottom right of the screen with full information on that product. Page 4

5 Click the Request Affiliate Link URL to bring up the JVZOO page. You may need to login at this point. From the JVZOO top menu select MY ACCOUNT/ AUTORESPONDERS/ MANAGE YOUR JVZOO GETRESPONSE ACCOUNT as shown below. Page 5

6 This will bring up the GetResponse account Settings as shown below Page 6

7 This will be empty originally. Copy and paste the GetResponse API key into API Key field as shown above and Save. If you have a new account you will need to CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN. Click the button and give your campaign a name. When created (you may have to refresh the page) select the campaign and again click SAVE GETRESPONSE ACCOUNT. If you already have existing campaigns you can select one of those. It doesn't matter what campaign you choose. Affiliate Rex will create new campaigns for its own use later. Page 7

8 GET JVZOO AFFILIATE LINK APPROVAL Click the Request Affiliate Link URL to bring up the JVZOO page. You may need to login at this point. If you are not directed to the link page then go back to Affiliate Rex and click the Request Link URL again. Initially you will need to click the REQUEST LINK button. This will turn into a GET LINKS button when you are approved. Approval is normally automatic and immediate. You will also be ed when it is approved. Once approved click the GET LINKS button and the link you need will pop-up in a new window as shown below. Copy the approved affiliate link and return to Affiliate Rex. Ensuring the correct product is still selected paste the new link into the Add Approved Affiliate Link field and click the ADD APPROVED LINK button. This will add the link to that table as shown below. Page 8

9 4.CONFIGURING JVZOO PRODUCTS Each product in Affiliate Rex will need configuring in JVZoo. This is a one -off process. Open up the product details box again to see the Request Affiliate Link for easy access to JVZoo ADD A BONUS Just below the PRODUCT DETAILS box you will see the BONUS PAGE URL box. Page 9

10 Copy a url from that box (You can click on the URL to see the bonus page) and click the Request Affiliate Link URL to take you to JVZoo. Page 10

11 Add in a name of your choice and the Bonus URL you copied from Affiliate Rex. Click SAVE BONUS and your bonus will now be automatically delivered to anyone who buys through your link. ADD BUYER GETRESPONSE CAMPAIGN This is very important as it is the way that buyers will get added to your list. This buyers list is one of the most valuable assets in the Affiliate Rex system. Click AUTORESPONDER AUTOMATION to see a page similar to the screen shot below. This will initially be blank and you need to click the LOAD DEFAULTS button that will automatically add in your API key as shown above. If you already have campaigns crated they will now show in the drop down Page 11

12 list. If not you can create a new campaign (list) by clicking the CREATE LIST button (list and campaign are the same thing in this sense. This will open a new window like below. Enter a list name of your choice and click the green button to save the data. Initially it is probably a good idea to create one list and use it for all your products. That way all your buyers will be added to one list. Go back to your JVZoo AUTORESPODER INTEGRATION page and select the list you just created. You may have to refresh the page to display the new list in the drop down options. Click SAVE to save the settings. Note: Repeat 3 & 4 above for each product. CREATE GETRESPONSE (Or Other Autoresponder) CAMPAIGN A campaign is just another name for a list. So creating a campaign is just Page 12

13 creating a new list. Actually in Affiliate Rex this also creates a thank yiu that is delivered immediately anyone subscribes to the list. People can subscribe either via the web form in the lead magnet or the web form in the sales page exit-pop. Both of these are also created when you create your campaign. Lead magnets and exit-pops are related to the product chosen. This how Affiliate Rex cab instantly build your sales funnel and list automation. To create a campaign simply choose a product from the drop down list under Create Autoresponder List in the left hand pane of the Management Center. Then Click the CREAT CAMPAIGN button. You will get a confirmation message of a successful creation and the new campaign will appear in the drop down box under Create Affiliate Link. See the screenshot below. Page 13

14 Note that a campaign (list) has the product name followed by a unique campaign id (5 alphanumeric character). So you can create multiple campaigns for the same product if you wish. CREATING AFFILIATE REX LINKS Each link created will be unique to a specific campaign. But, in the same way that you can have multiple campaigns for each product, you can also have multiple links for the same campaign. This means that any particular link will add subscribers to the same list. So by sending different traffic sources to different links to different campaigns (lists) you will be able to compare the different traffic sources for subscriber and sales conversions. To create an Affiliate Rex link select a campaign from the drop down box under Create Affiliate Link and enter a unique description (link name) in the box below it. Page 14

15 Click the CREATE AFFILIATE button to create a Sales Link (one that will send visitors direct to the sales page. OR Click the CREATE LEAD MAGNET LINK button to create a Lead Link (one that will send the visitor to an sign-up form and a free offer, before going to the sales page. When the link is successfully created you will see something like this. Note the message says New Link Created when successful. The link you created (or tried to create if it fails) can be seen listed as the current link. If you create a Sales link it will be listed in the Sales drop down option box If you create a Lead Link it will be listed in the Lead drop down option box You can select any link from any option box and it will then display as the current link. This allows an easy copy and paste of the Affiliate Rex Link for distribution. Page 15

16 Note: The link name needs to be unique across the whole system. Keep your link to a maximum 24 characters if possible. When creating a Lead link include the word 'Free'. This is obviously good for the person clicking the link and it means you can easily identify it as a Lead Link later. Creating logical unique links makes traffic tracking and analysis much easier so think ahead. Page 16
