2 About the Program The Customer Excellence Program is available to all Value Solution customers whether they are active or inactive. Its aim is to help 3DS partners (ie you) to reconnect with all their 3DS customers while introducing complementary upselling offers and discount vouchers based on the value of their installed 3DS portfolio. No matter how you choose to deploy the program to reach your customers, a content-rich website brings everything together in a unified place. Today when people want to buy something, the web is always the first stop on their shopping trip, isn t it? So a dedicated micro-website is up running since March 1 st, 2017 under Dassault Systèmes web domain : Depending on visitor web browser s language setting, its content is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Co-Branded Website in a nutshell Same content but different layout is made available to partners willing to manage end-to-end Customer Excellence Program execution thanks to a co-branded website ready to deploy into their own Web infrastructure. So, you don t have to think about content, design, navigation and appropriate technology nor to update the content with new sales offers, new marketing assets promoting a given offer,... 4 5- Order your Customer Excellence Co-Branded Website How to get your Installation Files 1. Share the following with your local 3DS marketing representative by - Your COMET code associated to the Customer Excellence Program Co-Branded Website Service - Your Lead Broker s address ie the one who is accountable for the lead management (see How to get leads section) - The language you want to deploy it in (by default English) - The domain name where you will install the Customer Excellence co-branded website 2. Your local 3DS representative will request service activation to the marketing service bureau administrator with all those details. 3. Your local 3DS representative will provide you with a compressed file (70MB approximately) related to the Website to deploy 4. Your local 3DS representative will provide you with a dedicated configuration file to ensure proper customization and lead management 5. Download those 2 files in order to proceed the installation P a g e 4 April 4, 2017

5 How to get leads from the co-branded website As soon as a web-page visitor provides his contact details, via the contact form, information will be made available to both partners and GEO 3DS representatives. Short-term Details on the leads will be sent in real time by to partner representative as defined in the configuration file of the website. See below a sample of what you will receive Mid-term Dassault Systèmes is currently working on a Neolane integration to smooth lead management (due in Q2). As soon as integration has been completed, active partners will be notified regarding the new process to get autonomous and direct access to their own leads from Neolane for Partner reports. How to apply updates on my co-branded Website Dassault Systèmes will provide you with updates on a regular basis to include new offers, new collaterals, You would have to reinstall the full website in order to take advantage of those updates. 6 How to install The Co-Branded Website is provided as a standalone Wordpress website to deploy into your own Web infrastructure. Before proceeding with the installation, please check with your Webmaster the following prerequisites: Get Write privileges on the server hosting the co-branded website Get an Apache Web Server up and running 1 Get a MySQL Server up and running Get your logo file ready to upload (40 px height max;.png as preferred file format) Create a local database (suggested database name : 3ds_cep ; format : utf8_general_ci ) Have MySQL login credentials in hands for further setup stage To install the co-branded website you must: 1) Create a customer-excellence folder in your Apache Server file directory where to install your co-branded website (see example) 2) Copy the archive file provided by your 3DS representative into this newly created subdirectory 3) Unzip the archive file (see below files and subdirectories) 1 If needed you can use XAMPP, a free and easy to install Apache distribution: P a g e 6 April 4, 2017

7 4) Copy the config.yaml configuration file provided by your 3DS representative in the./customer-excellence/install subdirectory 5) Copy your logo file (40 px height maximum) in the./customer-excellence/install directory 6) Open a blank page from the Web Browser of the Admin Console 7) Enter the following URL: 2 Now, follow instructions from installation wizard (approx. 2 minutes long) 2 Depending on your configuration (ie where is located your Database Server), you might have to replace the generic URL by the Localhost URL. 8 8) Choose the right language for the resources (buttons, menu items, ) of your website. 9) When prompted, fill the database name (ie 3ds_cep ) and Username and Password if required 3 3 Both USERNAME & PASSWORD depend on your MySQL Server setup. Check with your Webmaster. P a g e 8 April 4, 2017

9 10) Customization is now over. Click on the Run the install button. 11) When prompted, fill the following fields : - Site Title ( Customer Excellence ), - Username (enter here last name or nickname of your Program Manager/Webmaster ie the one who is responsible for managing the Website back office if need be) - Your (enter here address matching the above user name) 12) Tick the Search Engine Visibility checkbox to disable indexing by search engines. 13) Before clicking on the install button, store in a safe place the password provided here. It will be required in order to log in the website back office (might be required one day the other!). 14) That s it! 15) Check whether your co-branded website is now up and running with a public Web Browser by visiting : P a g e 9 April 4, 2017
