1 QUARTERLY REPORTING: HOW TO SUBMIT REPORTS AND UTILIZE THE SYSTEM

2 Quarterly Reporting You ll access your quarterly report form from the WSC America Learns website: step1 2 Returning supervisor use previous username and password. New supervisors use address as username and WSC as password.

3 step2 Change Password Here s how: Once you receive your log-on ID and password, you should change your password. Click Update Account & Privacy Settings. Click Change password and update your password. Click Update. 3

You will have the ability to comment on your performance measures. You will need to upload a copy of your performance report. You have the ability to save your response at any time 12

14 WSC Report Review Once a report is submitted, your WSC Program Coordinator will review it. If they have a question about any of data you entered, they will communicate with you directly within the system. You will see this on your Dashboard as a report needing an edit. You will also receive an from us (via the system) that an edit needs to be made. 14

15 The System Retains Your Data You can review the data you ve submitted whenever you want to! To do this, click on My Quarterly Report Data in your Dashboard. 15

16 Reviewing Your Data Adjust the date range to reflect the data you would like to review. (The dates in the dropdown menu are the launch and close dates of each report.) Choose View Compiled Data to see your data aggregated across all reports submitted, or choose View Individual Reports to see data split out between individual reports that have been submitted. 16

17 Reviewing Your Data You can then select View by Row Totals or View by Quarterly Report Launch Date. Viewing by the report launch date will be more helpful once you have submitted more than one quarterly report. 17

18 Reviewing Your Data Here, we ve selected View by Row Totals You can choose how you view your data; either per quarterly report, or aggregated across all reports you ve submitted. You may also select which data points you d like to see in any question. 18

20 Alerts from America Learns If you have a spam filter, be sure to add uwaysumter.org as an accepted domain. Reminders About Quarterly Reports You ll get an from the system to complete an available quarterly report. When a Report is Returned for Editing You ll get an from the system whenever a report is returned to you for revisions. When a Report is Late You ll also get an when a report is overdue. 20
