1 Student Instructions SD# /16 Awards Program Go to *Please note that if you have any issues when using Internet Explorer to navigate this website, change to a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If this is your first time on the site, you will need to make a new account. Click Sign Up.
2 Fill in all the required information, then click Register.
3 Open the that was sent to you and click on the link. Click the Start button to begin filling out your application **note. You will only need to fill out this application once. It will automatically be used for all of the awards that you apply for.
4 Read through the Privacy Info Statement, and check I agree then click Next Fill out the student application, then click Save & Exit at the bottom of the form
5 You will now be taken to your Dashboard which is your homepage whenever you sign-in in the future. Once you start applying for awards, they will be displayed here. You will be able to go back in and modify your submissions until the closing date of the awards program. To begin viewing and applying on awards, click View Awards
6 If you would like to go through and read descriptions and narrow down the list of awards that you want to apply for, you can select the awards that you want from this list and then add to my list You will now be taken back to your dashboard, and there will be a button available to view my list where you can see all of the awards that you selected. If there is a specific award that you are searching for, you can use the search box from here
7 To see the description of the award click on the Full Description button **Some awards are specific to students from certain schools, clubs, or other associations, so be sure to read the descriptions of each award to see if you are eligible before applying. The program will not stop you from applying for any award, but you will be disqualified if you do not meet the requirements outlined in the description. Click Apply now to begin applying for an award
8 Any documents that must be included with this submission will be indicated here. **If there are any additional documents that you would like to include with a submission that are not required, you can add it by clicking on the Add Document button To attach a required document click Start
9 From here you can either (a) click on Browse to download a new document, or (b) if it is a document that you have already downloaded, simply click on the Or, use a file you ve uploaded previously drop-down list, and select the document that you wish to use. Make sure to name the attachment before clicking submit. After you click submit, a preview of the document that you have attached will appear on the screen. If it looks correct, click Back (top right side of the screen)
10 Once you are done uploading all the required documents, click on Submit your application. If you would like to back out of this award without finishing your application, to view other awards, click on Click Here to view other awards. After the awards program is closed, all SUBMITTED award applications will be reviewed. If the application is not submitted, it will not be considered. The Awards Program opens to submissions at noon on Monday February 1, 2016 and closes to submissions at noon on Friday March 4, 2016
