3 Registration Enter the URL below into your browser, this will direct you to the LOGIN page. Select REGISTER AS A NEW USER and complete your details as instructed. - It is important to choose a username & password you will remember -

5 Your Account Your account is now open, you will be taken to the main dashboard, which summaries your print log. Use the left navigation to access log and print jobs.

6 Adding Funds You will now be able to add credit to your account, select the ADD CREDIT option from the left navigation menu. Select the amount and click ADD VALUE, you will then be directed to PayPal to complete this transaction

7 Adding Funds If you have a PayPal account you can log in and pay, alternatively you can opt to pay via debit or credit card. Only apply funds to your account that you intend to use, unfortunately Study Inn will not be able to refund any monies left on your account at the end of your stay.

8 Prepare Documents for Print Open an and attach either Office file, a PDF or an Image file (JPEG, PNG, TIFF)... 10 Using the Printer You will need to login to your account to access your prints using the display screen. If you forget your password, please inform your Centre Manager or - For security your account will log you out after 30 secs of inactivity. -

11 Using the Printer Your home page will display three options, here you can select to print, scan or photocopy your documents. Print Release enables you to access all prints you have sent via . Device functions will access the printers photocopy service. Scan - allows you to scan your documents to your address. This is a FREE service. To avoid delay when printing or photocopying, please be sure you have sufficient funds on your account.

12 Print Release All prints are stored on Print Release, ready for you to print at your convenience. You can send multiple documents to print, either on the same or separate s. You can select to print a single document or print all. - Click to skip to -
