2 AAA/HIRERIGHT EXTENDED WORKFORCE SCREENING Service Provider Account Registration 1. Go to AAA s Extended Workforce Screening Program for Service Providers Registration Site by clicking on of 16

3 2. Select your AAA or CAA Club location name from the drop-down list of locations Click Get Started. NOTE: Click here to download forms. 3 3 of 16

4 4. Enter required User Information Click Continue. 4 of 16

6 8. Review Service Agreement Click Continue. 6 of 16

8 12. Review Schedule of Fees Click Continue. 8 of 16

Electronically sign the Service Agreement, the Compliance Certification, and the Schedule of Fees documents by clicking in both check-boxes, typing in your full name, and address Click Sign Hard copies of these documents can be viewed, printed, or downloaded by clicking on the View Signed Document (PDF) link Click Continue. 9 of 16

10 17. Select Payment Options by selecting a background check payment method, filling in the required information, and selecting an account setup fee payment method Click Create My Account. 10 of 16

11 A confirmation of successful account creation appears with your new login information along with some information about the credentialing process that will happen next. Your account is now active but you need to be credentialed by HireRight before you can order. You also need to return the 5 Motor Vehicle forms to HireRight 6 if your drivers are licensed within the state of PA - before you can order background checks on your drivers. If you click the START ORDERING button but the page is blank or you do not have package options you have not been credentialed by HireRight or have not returned the MVR forms. 11 of 16

12 Order a Background Screening Request Once logged into your HireRight account: 1. Select the New Order button from the dashboard 1 2. Select the Package you wish to order. 3. Review and confirm Package Details 4. Click NEXT of 16

13 5. Indicate whether you or the applicant will be filling in the applicant data by selecting the appropriate radio button. You should select Complete background forms myself only when you have all the applicant s information needed to submit a request. 5 OR If you decide to send the applicant an inviting them to complete the application, insert the applicant s first name, last name, and address Click Next to send the to the applicant of 16

14 Complete Background Form Myself Complete the background form, review, and submit on candidate s behalf 7. Review, Confirm, and Check any Legal Requirements 8. Click Next Indicate how applicant consent is being provided by checking the appropriate radio button Click Submit. 14 of 16

15 View the Background Screening Report 1. From the Screening Manager dashboard select the Completed tab. 2. Double-click to view completed reports 1 2 The Report Summary tab displays first. AAA/HireRight will be determining whether the employee Meets or Does Not Meet AAA standards. You will find the adjudication status on the Report Summary. Please check with your club for adjudication guidelines. Candidates will appear as Meets or Does Not Meet Company Standards. 15 of 16
