2 athena Enabling athena Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Fill in the necessary fields and click Enable. 1. Everseat will fill in the external ID 2. Select which settings you would like to apply to your integration these can be changed later 3. Click Enable Managing athena Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. 2
3 Step 2 On the integrations page for athena, you will see all your integration options. It should look similar to the following: Step 3: Select which features you want activated. 3
4 Write back confirmed appointments: When this option is checked, confirmed appointments in Everseat are also scheduled into the athena calendar. Most clients will have this option checked. Please contact Everseat if you plan to leave it unchecked. Create New Patient Case: When this option is checked, a case is generated within athena when a new appointment is requested in Everseat. Everseat will also send notifications via , phone call, and/or text message. If you only wish to be alerted of new appointment requests via the case, you can turn off other Everseat notifications in the Account Settings tab. Update Athena patient mobile phone numbers with Everseat phone numbers: When this option is checked, Everseat will overwrite the mobile phone number if one exists in athena for an existing patient or will add a mobile phone number for existing patients when their appointment is confirmed in Everseat. Leave this box unchecked if you do not want Everseat to update mobile phone numbers on patient records in athena. Freeze appointment slot on Everseat request: When this option is checked, when an appointment is requested in Everseat, the corresponding slot in athena will be frozen. This alerts staff that an appointment is pending for that time. Everseat highly recommends checking this box to give staff time to review requests that come in from patients and to prevent other patients from being scheduled at the same time. Allow appointment rescheduling: Only check this box if you are using the pull forward tool to send text messages automatically to patients about new openings. Contact 4
5 Everseat support if you would like to learn more about this feature or need help with setup. Write back user confirmed: When this option is checked, if a patient confirms their appointment via a reminder, athena is also updated that the patient confirmed the appointment. Step 4: Change the number of days or weeks of appointments you would like to sync from athena to Everseat. You can do this by typing in a value and selecting Weeks or Days from the drop-down menu. Practices commonly sync either 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks. For athena integrations, the maximum weeks that can by synced is 12. NOTE: Feel free to ignore the first row of numbers (shown below). This value indicates the default expiration time of appointments, but Everseat recommends you change this setting from the Configurations tab. Step 5: Click Save when done. 5
6 Manually Syncing athena to Everseat: Step 1: To manually sync athena to Everseat, click the orange Sync button. This is useful if you made appointment changes in athena and want the changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with athena every 10 minutes. You can confirm the sync began if you receive the following notification at the top of the page: 6
7 Sophrona (for some NextGen integrations) Enabling Sophrona Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Fill in the necessary fields and click Enable. 1. Everseat will fill in these fields 2. Select whether you want to write back confirmed appointments to your practice management system this can be changed later 3. Click Enable 7

10 Manually Syncing Sophrona Integration to Everseat: Step 1: To manually sync your practice management system via Sophrona to Everseat, click the orange Sync button. This is useful if you made appointment changes in your practice management system and want the changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with NextGen via Sophrona every 10 minutes. You can confirm the sync began if you receive the following notification at the top of the page: 10
11 Redox (for some NextGen and all Epic integrations) Enabling Redox Integrations: To enable Redox integrations, contact Everseat Support at Managing Redox Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 On the integrations page for Redox, you will see all your integration options. It should look similar to the following: 11
12 Step 3: Choose which settings you would like enabled. Sync open appointments: This option should be enabled most of the time, since this allows your practice management system and Everseat to sync appointments. You may want to leave this setting unchecked during initial setup of your Everseat account when you are adding provider schedules. Click enable when you are ready to sync appointments for the first time. Write back confirmed appointments: When this option is checked, confirmed appointments in Everseat are also scheduled into your practice management calendar. Most clients will have this option checked. Please contact Everseat if you plan to leave it unchecked. Step 4: Change the number of days or weeks of appointments you would like to sync from your practice management system to Everseat. You can do this by typing in a value and selecting Weeks or Days from the drop-down menu. Practices commonly sync 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks. Step 5: Click Save when done. 12
13 Manually Syncing Redox Integrations to Everseat: Step 1: To manually sync your practice management system via Redox to Everseat, click the orange Sync button. This is useful if you made appointment changes in your practice management system and want the changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with your practice management system every 10 minutes. You can confirm the sync began if you receive the following notification at the top of the page: 13
14 AdvancedMD Enabling AdvancedMD Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Fill in the necessary fields and click Enable. 1. Everseat will fill in these fields 2. Select whether you want to write back confirmed appointments and/or write back user confirmations to AdvancedMD this can be changed later 3. Click Enable 14

Please contact Everseat if you plan to leave it unchecked. Allow overlapping appointments if they are scheduled on different columns: When this option is checked, Everseat will make appointments available from all columns for a provider, even if the times are overlapping. If this option is unchecked, appointment slots will only be available when the time is available on all of the provider s columns. Respect Max Appts Per Time Slot settings: When this option is checked, it will allow Everseat to match the settings you have selected in AdvancedMD. Step 4: Change the number of days or weeks of appointments you would like to sync from your practice management system to Everseat. You can do this by typing in a value and selecting Weeks or Days from the drop-down menu. Practices commonly sync 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks. Step 5: Click Save when done. 16

This is useful if you made appointment changes in AdvancedMD and want the changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with AdvancedMD every 10 minutes. You can confirm the sync began if you receive the following notification at the top of the page: 17
18 4PatientCare (for practice management systems including Crystal, Compulink, and Officemate/Eyefinity integrations) Enabling 4PatientCare Integrations: To enable 4PatientCare integrations, contact Everseat Support at Managing 4PatientCare Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 On the integrations page for 4PatientCare, you will see all your integration options. It should look similar to the following: 18
19 Step 3: Choose which settings you would like enabled. Sync open appointments: This option should be enabled most of the time, since this allows your practice management system and Everseat to sync appointments. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with your practice management software via the 4PatientCare integration every 30 minutes. You can confirm the sync began if you receive the following notification at the top of the page: 21
22 Drchrono Enabling Drchrono Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Click Enable. You will be redirected to Drchrono s website to sign into your Drchrono account. Managing Drchrono Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. 22
23 Step 2 On the integrations page for Drchrono, you will see all your integration options. It should look similar to the following: Step 3: Choose which settings you would like enabled. 23
24 Write back confirmed appointments: When this option is checked, confirmed appointments in Everseat are also scheduled into the Drchrono calendar. Most clients will have this option checked. Please contact Everseat if you plan to leave it unchecked. Allow overlapping appointments if they are in different rooms: When this option is checked, it will allow Everseat to make appointments available from all exam rooms for a provider, even if the times are overlapping. If this option is unchecked, appointment slots will only be available when the time is available in all of the provider s exam rooms. Step 4: Change the number of days or weeks of appointments you would like to sync from Drchrono to Everseat. You can do this by typing in a value and selecting Weeks or Days from the drop-down menu. Practices commonly sync 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks. Step 5: Click Save when done. 24
25 Step 6: If you would like to enable Drchrono single sign-on, you can do so by clicking the Enable Drchrono Single Sign-On button. Enabling this feature allows users to use their Drchrono login credentials for Everseat rather than using separate Everseat login credentials. Once enabled, you can use the Login with drchrono on your dashboard login. 25
26 Manually Syncing Drchrono to Everseat: Step 1: To manually sync Drchrono to Everseat, click the orange Sync button. This is useful if you made appointment changes in Drchrono and want the changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, Everseat syncs with Drchrono every 10 minutes. 27 CareCloud Enabling CareCloud Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Click Enable. You will be redirected to CareCloud s website to sign into your CareCloud account. Managing CareCloud Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. 27

31 Allscripts PM Enabling Allscripts PM Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Step 2 Fill in the necessary fields and click Enable. 1. Fill in your Allscripts Username and Password (Everseat will provide the Unity Endpoint and Client Account Number) 2. Select if you want Everseat to write back confirmed appointments (leave the Hosted Unity installation option blank Everseat will manage this feature) 3. Click Enable Managing Allscripts PM Integrations: Step 1 Navigate to the Integrations tab on your dashboard. 31

NOTE: The blurred fields at the top contain your Allscripts credentials. When you change your Allscripts PM credentials quarterly, also update them in Everseat to keep the integration running. Step 5: Click Save when done. 33
