2 I. How to Register on the Waters Wellness Now Portal 1. Visit 2. Click Sign Up! DO NOT ENTER YOUR the first time you visit the site. Page 2

Spouses/ Partners will log in on their own using their spouse s employee ID# plus their own date of birth (XXXXXXMMDDYYYY) as their registration ID. i. 11 III. Registering for a Biometric Screening onsite event 1. Log into the Waters Wellness Now portal: 2. On the Home Page, click on the widget titled My Events a. Note: this widget may be collapsed - you can open the widget by clicking on the plus (+) sign on the right hand corner of the widget. 3. Click View Events and Vouchers. 4. A new window will pop-up. a. Note: If this is your first time going to the site you may need to verify your information, such as address and name. Page 11

12 5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your registration. 6. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation Your registered event will also now display in the My Events widget on your portal homepage. Page 12

13 IV. To Change or Cancel your Biometric Screening Appointment 1. Log into the Waters Wellness Now portal: 2. On the Home Page, click on the widget titled My Events a. Note: this widget may be collapsed - you can open the widget by clicking on the plus (+) sign on the right hand corner of the widget. 3. Click View Events and Vouchers. 4. 14 5. You can select the option to either Edit or Cancel your appointment. 6. Upon changing your appointment(s), you will receive either an updated appointment confirmation , or an confirming your cancellation. Page 14
