1 ParentsWeb RenWeb s ParentsWeb is a private and secure website that has been set up for our school to allow you to see complete information specific to your child. You can view your child s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer. Students in Grades 5-12 have a student RenWeb account using their TFA address: "firstname" (no spaces in name). Their login directions are below. Go to TheFirstAcademy.org Click on RenWeb. RenWeb District code for The First Academy TFA-FL You created a RenWeb account when you completed your child s enrollment process using RenWeb s Online Enrollment. If you ve forgotten your password. Please follow the steps Our District code is: TFA-FL Click on Forgot Username/Password Enter the address. Your address Log into your personal account to access the RenWeb Customer Support . Check your SPAM folder or JUNK MAIL folder if it the isn't in your inbox.

2 *** RenWeb requires passwords be at least 6 characters long Click on the link provided in the . and they must include both letters and numbers. Type in your RenWeb username. Type in a password. Retype it to confirm. Now you may login to ParentsWeb with your new Username and Password! USING A STUDENT RENWEB ACCOUNT All students in grades 4-12 are expected to use a student RenWeb account. This allows them to view homework, lesson plans and their grades. All 4 th - 12 th grade students are assigned a TFA account via Gmail (legal first name last with no space. No nicknames. Example: RaymondPaisley@thefirstacademy.org There are 2 ways to use a student account: 1) using the RenWeb Home app ( $4.99 per family/per year ) 2) going to TFA RenWeb login page User Name: Enter your legal first name and last name Example: thomasjohnson@thefirstacademy.org Password: royals2018 Click on the Student button. ** Please change your password once you have logged into Renweb. Under Family Information, select Change Username/Password. *** RenWeb requires passwords be at least 6 characters long and they must include both letters and numbers. PARENTS: PLEASE UPDATE ALL CONTACT (Student and Parent) AND STUDENT MEDICAL INFORMATION by choosing WebForms under School Information / Family Demographic Forms and Medical Information Update. See pg. 5 for directions. The accuracy of how you enter your personal information is critical! Please provide complete information as requested. Administration utilizes this data when mailing & ing information to all family members.

3 PARENT / STUDENT HOMEPAGE: Login to Parents Web using your Parent Login Viewing Student Information in RenWeb If you have more than one child enrolled at TFA, click on student s tab. Click on a Class name to view detailed class information. You may view all class information by clicking on the tabs across the top. TO VIEW STUDENT INFORMATION BY STUDENT: Click on arrow beside Student Information Student Information menu

4 Your Weekly Summary provides all student information for that week: Homework by Date / Homework by Subject / Lesson Plans / Grades / Attendance / Behavior HOMEWORK: Click beside Include My Calendar Events to include all calendar events. Click on the Print Week to print lesson plans for the school week. *RenWeb will print all class homework for the week for all students if the All tab has been chosen. *It will print for just a specific child if their tab has been chosen.

5 GRADES: Click on student name tab to view student grade screen. Click on Select Class dropdown to view specific class grade. UPDATING STUDENT/PARENT INFORMATION: Contact information / medical / pick-up list / Emergency contacts / make payments / parent preferences are updated in Webforms. There are 2 ways to update this information. 1) Click on Webforms under School Information -OR- 2). Click on Family Demographic form under Web Forms. Click on Go to FACTS to make payments. Click here to change your password.

6 Click on the appropriate button to update information. To setup how often you would like grade notifications from RenWeb ParentsWeb: -Click on the Custodial Parent Form button beside your name. -Scroll down to Preferences. Choose from Auto Gradebook options. WEEKLY IS THE RECOMMENDED SETTING. Click on SAVE. NOTE: Low grade notifications will automatically be sent to parents via for any grade entered at 70 or below. Parents should download and pay for the app. Then students will not be charged. This covers all iphone/ipod/ipad & Android devices for every parent and student in your household as recorded in RenWeb. - Search the App Store or Play Store for RenWeb Home.
