2 Introduction Contents It s our vision at Communicator to help customers achieve breakthrough results that they can t get anywhere else. 01 Foundation P.05 To do this, we know it s essential that customers are able to use the Communicator Suite in the most effective and efficient way for them; that s where our training service comes in. We offer training in the form of modules to provide our customers with the flexibility to either choose an individual topic to learn, or to package up various modules into a purpose built training session. What s more, self-service training tutorials are also available online, 24/7, via our customer training portal. This means step by step tutorial content is always at hand - the ideal complement to our range of onsite and online sessions. Our training offering covers three levels; foundation, advanced and enhanced. 3 Foundation The Foundation modules are available to every Communicator customer. They are the building blocks for success with Communicator and our investment in our customers. The foundation level offering includes everything you need to know from importing data, right through to creating and dispatching a message; the perfect head-start on the road to sophisticated marketing. The Foundation modules can be studied online, you can come to us or we can come to you.* What s included? Data Covering contact tables, mailing lists, filters and manually importing data Message Including creation, templates, plain text and previews Dispatch Sending test dispatches, standard dispatches, cycles and understanding statistics 4 Communicator Suite - Training Guide * Travel costs may apply. 5
4 Advanced The Advanced modules are designed to be flexible, to enable our customers to prioritise which areas they d like to develop, in line with key objectives. Advanced modules do what they say on the tin, they cover pretty much everything you need to know about more advanced functionality in the Communicator Suite, also aiding in customer progression through the Sophistication Scale. Typical packages include: Data in detail Automation Campaign Masterclass Learn how to grow your database and create the correct structure to collect and store behavioural information about recipients. We ll then show you how to use this data to drive engagement by sending targeted, relevant and timely s. Discover how to cleanse data and increase your active customer database. We ll then cover how to segment this data and target customers with dynamic content, tailored to each segment. Even better, learn how to set up these campaigns to run automatically, enabling you to focus time on other key business objectives. Get to grips with Communicator s and template designers to create your own designs with no HTML knowledge necessary.
