1 Welcome! Getting Started With IntegratedOTC.com If your health plan directed you to IntegratedOTC.com, you may be eligible to get over-thecounter (OTC) items delivered to your home at no cost. You do not need a prescription to receive products in this program. Examples of products that may be covered by your plan include pain relievers, multivitamins, eye drops, bandages, cough drops, and more. Your health benefit provider will let you know how much you can spend and how often. You will also see these limits after you provide some information on IntegratedOTC.com. 2 I am new to IntegratedOTC.com or I do not have an account Placing Your First Order (or Ordering as a Guest) Step One Go to IntegratedOTC.com, scroll down to the box titled Place Your First Order or Order as a Guest (#1 below), and enter the following information: Your first and last name. Your address. We ll use this to confirm your identity and send you information about your orders. Your group and member ID numbers. These can be found on your pharmacy benefit ID card (the same card you show at the pharmacy when picking up your prescriptions). Click Start New Order. #1 2
3 Step Two Check your inbox. A link in the will take you to a page where you can enter your shipping information and start your order. Step Three Tip: If this is your first time using IntegratedOTC.com, check your spam or junk folder if you don t see the in your inbox. Complete the Shipping Information portion of the page (#2 below) and choose when you want your order to be delivered in the Place Your Order section (#3 below). #2 #3 Step Four To choose items and place your order, review the list of products (#4 on the next page). As you enter how many of each item you want under the Quantity column, your order total will update in the My Order box (#5 on the next page). When you re finished, click Place Order. Tip: Make sure your order amount is within the minimum and maximum amounts allowed these are also displayed in the My Order box. 3
4 #4 #5 Step Five Once your order is submitted, you will be taken to a page with your order confirmation number. Write down the confirmation number to track your order later. You will also receive an with this confirmation number. Items usually arrive within 10 business days from the date your order is received and verified. Orders placed in advance should arrive within the first 10 business days of the month selected for delivery. Important: If you re already an NPS Online user, your IntegratedOTC.com account may already be set up. If this is the case, after placing your order, a message will direct you to update your password or visit the My Account page, where you can review your order(s). Step Six (Optional) To make the order process faster and easier, create an account by entering a password and clicking Create My Account (#6 on the next page). Follow the instructions on screen to set your account security details. When you re finished, your account will be registered. You can now log in from the IntegratedOTC.com homepage to place new orders, manage your information, and track or review past orders. 4

6 Registering Your IntegratedOTC.com Account Important: If you re already an NPS Online user, your IntegratedOTC.com account may already be set up. If this is the case, after placing your order, a message will direct you to update your password or visit the My Account page, where you can review your order(s). If you re not an NPS Online user, you must place at least one order as a guest before you can register your IntegratedOTC.com account. If you haven t placed your first order yet, please see the previous section, Placing Your First Order (Ordering as a Guest). To register your account, simply follow the on-screen directions after you place an order (as outlined in Step Six of the section Placing Your First Order (Ordering as a Guest)). 6
7 Tracking Orders as a Guest After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation number. This number will also be ed to you. To track an order you placed: Go to IntegratedOTC.com, scroll down and enter the confirmation number in the Look Up an Order You Placed box. Click Look Up Order (#1 below). You will be taken to an order information page that displays the current status of your order. To protect your privacy, this page does not include item information. To see complete order details including items you ordered you ll need to register your account after placing an order as a guest. #1 7
8 Placing an Order as an Account Holder Step One: Sign In I have an IntegratedOTC.com account Go to IntegratedOTC.com and sign in by entering your and password in the Have an Account? box (#1 below). #1 Step Two Click Shop in the title bar (#2 below). #2 8
9 Step Three Review the Shipping Information portion of the page. If you need to update your information, simply type it in. Finally, choose when you want your order delivered using the dropdown box (#3 below). #3 #5 #4 Step Four To choose items and place your order, review the list of products (#4 above). As you enter the number of each item you want under the Quantity column, your order total will update in the My Order box to the right (#5 above). From here, you can: Review your personal information. Review your order history (Tip: click the order number to expand or collapse orders to see full details).
