We will proceed with placing a new fiber and abandoning the one in conflict where it will be left in place out of service. It will take about days to get the fiber replaced (see attached sketch). Also, since the CenturyLink cable is on private property there is no charge to the developer for the relocation work. 5 Jamie: I did some investigation and compared your information to the work order that placed a CenturyLink fiber optic cable on Price Street. The work order basically agrees with what you provided. I am going to have the fiber located to be absolutely sure that the fiber in question is indeed CenturyLink s. I will have an answer for you in a couple of days as we have called in locates. I can tell you I am almost certain the fiber belongs to CenturyLink but before I go to the expense of relocating I need to take this final step to be absolutely sure. Also attached is a site plan for the proposed Wawa that shows an existing FPL easement on the south eastern property corner. As you can see from the site plan, the proposed project access location off our Price Street would be right in the location of this easement. Unfortunately Collier 4

6 County has required that we show our driveway connection location on Price Street lining up with Weatherford Drive to the south east causing a conflict with the existing FPL easement. Per the attached survey, it would appear that the only utilities in this easement are buried fiber optic cables, a fiber optic warning post, and a united telephone services connection location. Does Comcast/Century Line have anything utilities in this easement that would impact putting our driveway connection in this location? If so, what are they and what would it take to have them relocated to allow for the project driveway to be constructed at this location?
