Scott Lee and Coni Turner have learned about it and brought it to my attention. I talked to Scott a little about it and we discussed impacts and perceptions. I let him know that the two of you were aware of our outside activities and that if they had question I couldn't answer they were welcome to come talk to you. I would like to give them a heads up in case they get a call from the paper asking for a statement and it comes out of the blue. I would think that this would be ok because the news of this came to you through the mayors office and not HR.
