3 Venue & Hotels Event Venue JW Marriott Austin 110 East 2nd Street Austin, Texas T: Event Hotel A block of rooms has been reserved at the JW Marriott Austin. Guest rooms are available at $ US + tax for a single room or a double room. 5 Event Passes REGISTER HERE Your sponsorship includes 20 complimentary and unlimited discount passes. Please register by no later than Wednesday, November 7. Each sponsor company has a different access code that has been ed directly to each sponsor contact, to be distributed accordingly. If you need your sponsor codes resent, please Cassandra. Additionally, you can purchase passes at a 20% discount of the current rate. A separate registration code has been sent to purchase these passes. Feel free to share these passes with your invited guests and community members

6 Company Logo and Website Your company logo will be included on the website, show signage, and all future event marketing. Please send your logo in a hi-res (.ai or.eps) format to Cassandra In addition please send the URL you d like it to the logo to, and we ll add it to our website. If you d like a company description (150 word limit) included on the website as well, please that at your earliest convenience.

7 Pre-Conference Blast As a Platinum Sponsor you receive one opportunity to send information to the attendee list (attendees must opt-in on their registration forms). communications will be sent by Node.js and must be utilized between the dates of October 10 November 15. 8 Pre-Event Press List We will provide the pre-event press list 2 weeks prior to Node.js Interactive North America, Monday, November 14. Assistance can also be provided for booking meetings with press onsite at the event. All assistance requests must be received by Monday, November 21.

9 Keynote Content As a Platinum Sponsor, you receive a 15 minute speaking opportunity at one of the two keynote sessions either Tuesday November 29 or Wednesday November 30. Scheduling will be made by the Node.js Content team. 13 Booth Displays If you would prefer not to use any of the structure provided by Node.js, you will be responsible for bringing your own booth setup, or you may order custom furniture from IMS. The IMS Exhibitor Service Manual can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Center. Your showcase area, if you choose to decorate this yourself, is 10ft wide x 10ft deep YOU MUST LET US KNOW YOUR DISPLAY CHOICE BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR SELECTION BEFORE THE DEADLINE, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU WILL BE DECORATING YOUR OWN AREA AND THAT YOU WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY DISPLAYS TO BE PREPARED BY US.

14 Shipping You can ship your items to the Advanced Warehouse starting on October 31. All items must arrive by November 21 in order to ensure they are received with enough time to be brought to the venue. All shipping can be coordinated through IMS, if you will be shipping anything please complete the forms here and affix the appropriate shipping labels. Shipments sent direct to the venue only be accepted on November 28, any shipments that arrive before this date will be turned away.

15 Security We will provide security overnight in the Solution Showcase beginning, Monday, November 28 through Wednesday, November 30. Please visit the Registration Desk onsite if you have any questions about storing items elsewhere. Node.js Interactive North America, The Linux Foundation, the JW Marriott Austin, nor any employees or staff of these organizations or any of our other event vendors can be held liable for lost or stolen items.

16 Lead Retrieval As a Platinum sponsor you will receive two (2) lead retrieval scanner for Node.js Interactive North America Scanners will be distributed on Tuesday morning to each booth and will be collected after the conference ends on Wednesday afternoon. All lead information that was collected at your booth will be ed to each sponsor contact within five (5) business days.
