1 Paragon Update Wednesday, May 2 nd The REALTORS Association of Edmonton and the team from Black Knight continue to work on identified priorities and issues based on your feedback. Below you will find a recap of the changes and enhancements that will be released during a system upgrade, available on Wednesday, May 2 nd. This recap is followed by a more detailed explanation of each change. Any questions you have about an enhancement request you have made can be sent to paragon@ereb.com. Summary Reorder Results on Google Map Report Now available by popular demand, the ability to reorder listings on the Google Map Report. Members can now drag and drop the results in any order that they would like on the report. The report will refresh so that the numbering associated with the listing in the results and on the map will match. NOTE: Drag and drop functionality is not available on smartphone/tablets. Listing Activity Data Retained for Previous 120 Days To improve data accuracy and optimize system performance, the Listing Activity displayed on the Listing Activity Report in Paragon Listing Maintenance has been refactored to retain this pertinent information for the previous 120 Days. Collaboration Center Agent Preview Agent Preview provides Members complete control over the listings sent to your clients. Prior to Agent Preview, once a Saved Search was setup, new listing matches would automatically be sent out to your client. There was no available method for Members to preview listings before your clients received them. With Agent Preview, Members now have the option to either Approve or Disapprove listings before your client is notified. NOTE: Agent Preview is only available via the Collaboration Center. 1

2 Access Listing Details from the Listing Update Notification A direct link has been added to the listings previewed in Client Auto- Notification that will take your client to the Collaboration Center s Listing Detail view. Closing the Listing Detail view will return the user to the Collaboration Center home page. Improvements to Auto- Notifications Signatures Currently, when a Member deletes an signature linked to one or more existing notifications there is no option to replace the deleted signature with another one. Members are forced to manually edit each affected notification to add a replacement signature. The signature processes have been modified to provide Members with an opportunity to modify notifications with a new signature if they choose to. This change eliminates the need to manually modify notifications. Spreadsheet View Now Able to Display Short Values When viewing results on the spreadsheet, values can now be displayed as the short value (abbreviation) instead of the full value. For example, when viewing Parking on the spreadsheet it currently displays Double Garage Attached. By selecting it to show the short value it will display as 2GATT. Listing Input & Maintenance Update to Values (Effective May 8 th, 2018) Appointment A new value of Text Lister will be added to the Appointment field for all classes. Central Keysafe in Lobby will be renamed to Condo Access Box (CAB) to be consistent with the new Condo Access Boxes. Site Influences The Residential and Mobile value Crossed Fenced will be updated to Cross Fenced. Condo & Community Name Updates (Effective May 8 th, 2018) Communities and Condo tables have been updated. Please see the detailed list below. 2

3 Details Reorder Results on Google Map Report Now available by popular demand, the ability to reorder listings on the Google Map Report. Members can now drag and drop the results in any order that they would like on the report. 5 Client Auto- Notification Click on the listing preview of a listing to view the listing detail view on the Collaboration Center. Listing Detail View on Collaboration Center Clicking Close on the Listing Detail view will return the user to the Collaboration Center home page. The home page will always display the most recent updates even if the listing is from an older . 5

6 Improvements to Notifications Signatures Currently, when a Member deletes an signature linked to one or more existing notifications there is no option to replace the deleted signature with another one. Members are forced to manually edit each affected notification to add a replacement signature. The signature processes have been modified to provide Members with an opportunity to modify notifications with a new signature if they choose to. This change eliminates the need to manually modify notifications. The Member may also choose to permanently remove signatures from the affected notifications. This change only affects legacy notifications. Collaboration Center notifications are not affected as they are predesigned templates Delete Selected Item Pop-up Window NOTE: If you want to modify an existing signature, create a new signature with the modifications. Then delete the old version and select the newly created signature to replace it. 6

7 Spreadsheet View now able to display the short value (abbreviation) When viewing results on the spreadsheet, values can now be displayed as the short value (abbreviation) instead of the full value. For example, when viewing Parking on the spreadsheet it currently displays Double Garage Attached. By selecting it to show the short value it will display as 2GATT. Short Value Turned Off Short Value Turned On Customize Fields Pop-up Window To customize the spreadsheet, click on Customize. Then select the checkmark box under Short Value for the field you want to display the value as an abbreviation. Unselect the checkmark box to display the full value. 7

8 Listing Input & Maintenance Update to Values (Effective May 8 th ) Appointment A new value of Text Lister will be added to the Appointment field for all classes. Central Keysafe in Lobby will be renamed to Condo Access Box (CAB) to be consistent with the new Condo Access Boxes.
