2 Go to the First State Bank Website From the Online Banking widget, click on Enroll Now

3 Enter the required information Note: If you have never used a PIN #, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your SSN#. If you need assistance contact First State Bank and they will be able to give you your 4 digit PIN.

4 Create your unique username and password

5 Set up your challenge questions You will be asked one of the 3 challenge questions each time you sign on from an unknown device.

6 Enroll in Electronic Statements Note: you can choose to do this at a later time or decline this service all together. If you wish to enroll in Electronic Statements proceed to page 7 If you would like to decline or enroll at a later date skip to page 9

7 If you choose to enroll to receive your statements electronically; Click the Electronic option next to each account you would like to enroll in E- Statements. (if you have more than one account eligible accounts will all be listed here) Click to read the Terms and Conditions. Note, you will not be able to proceed without reading terms and conditions

8 Click the box to indicate you have read the terms and conditions and enter the Confirmation Code noted at the end of the terms and conditions pages. Click Enroll

9 If you do not wish to enroll in Electronic Statements, click on either Ask me later or Decline If you click the option to Ask me Later, you will be prompted periodically to enroll.

10 Enroll in Mobile Banking Note: you can choose to do this at a later time or decline this service all together. If you wish to enroll in Mobile Banking proceed to page 11 If you would like to decline or enroll at a later date skip to page 21

11 Once you click to Enroll you are brought to the Terms and Conditions. Click to accept the Terms and Conditions and hit continue.

12 You can view screenshots of the apps in both the App Store and Google play. There is also the option to have a link sent to you.

13 You must select at least one of the Other Services in order to continue. Scroll to the bottom of the page for information on what each of the other services provides.

17 Once you have made you mobile banking selections, you will be prompted to configure your account. Select your Time Zone Select the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking. You have the option to give your accounts a Nickname to identify the account in a text message. Hit continue

18 Enter you mobile # and hit continue

19 You will receive an Activation Code via text. Enter the Code and hit Activate.

20 Once you have activated Mobile Banking, you will receive a link via text that will take you directly to the mobile banking site.

21 If you do not wish to enroll in Mobile Banking at this time, click on either Ask me later or Decline If you click the option to Ask me Later, you will be prompted periodically to enroll.

22 Jane Customer Once you have completed the enrollment process for Online Banking you will be able to: View all of your account transactions Transfer money from one account to another View Statements Pay bills And more Above is an example of what your account screen will look like

23 From the Accounts tab, you have the option to view each individual accounts transactions.

24 Also under the Accounts tab you can: View your statements Categorize your transactions Download transactions View your stop payments You can do this per account.

25 From the Transfer tab, you have the option to transfer from one account to another.
