1 Registration To access SalesLink, open your web browser and type the following URL address: Choose Login at the top right of the page. Page 1 of 6

2 Click on Register as a Travel Agent User. Enter the requested information. Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk. ARC/IATA should be the users primary ARC/IATA number. Please enter only the first 7 digits of your ARC/IATA number. Passwords may be anything of your choosing but please note that they are case-sensitive and users should refrain from including any punctuation or special characters. The challenge question/answer is used to facilitate password resets and should be something which you can easily remember. Click on Next. Page 2 of 6

3 Registration requires acceptance of AA s usage terms. Please read and select I Agree to move forward with registration. If you choose Disagree your registration will not be completed. Instead you will see the following message and you may select Continue to exit the system. Page 3 of 6

4 Click on Finish to complete your registration. Please contact your Primary Administrator to advise them you have registered and request approval. If you do not know your Primary Administrator please contact SalesLink Support for that information. You will receive an confirmation once access has been granted at which point you need only your User ID/ Address and password to log in. The error message below is presented when the address you have supplied is already present within our database of existing users. Please make sure you have not made any typographical errors or that you have not already registered and try again. If you believe you are receiving this message in error as you have not previously registered, please contact your local SalesLink Support team. To further enhance your registration, you may wish to request the ability to perform waivers and services for additional ARC/IATA numbers that you are affiliated with. There is no limit to the amount of ARC/IATA numbers an individual agent may have access to, however; approval for any additional numbers must also be granted by the administrator of each corresponding ARC/IATA just as it was necessary on the primary ARC/IATA number. To request access to additional ARC/IATA numbers, click on New ARC/IATA Registration. You have the ability to add up to 5 additional ARC/IATA numbers in a single transaction. You may do this as many times as necessary. Note: please enter only the first 7 digits of the new ARC/IATA number(s) you choose to add. Page 4 of 6

5 Click on Register. Your new ARC/IATA has been registered successfully. Just as in the initial registration process, please or call your designated Administrator for permission to run waivers on behalf of the ARC/IATA number requested. You will receive an confirmation once access has been granted at which point you need only your User ID/ Address and Password to log in. Page 5 of 6
