2 Step 1 To Register/Create your Account New User Registration Click on the New User Registration hexagon. Complete the boxes and click on Register. Registering for the service takes less than a minute. You will then receive your Broker ID and Password, by and/or text. July
3 Logging In Click on the Existing Users Log In hexagon. Using your Broker ID and Password and click on the blue Log In button to gain access. You are now logged into your account. Use your account to generate quotes, access case progress reports and much more. July
4 Adding/Amending Account Details including Bank Details Click on Account Settings, and choose Office/Bank Account Details. This section allows you to amend your personal details. You will also have the ability to change your password. To the right hand side you can set your bank details in order to receive your referral fee by BACS. Once complete, please click on update details. Set your Default Referral Fee Your account is set to a default of 100 referral fee which is included in every quote. You may wish to change this. Change your referral fee by clicking on Account Settings, Programme Preferences. You can set your fee from 0 to 400 and according to type of transaction. July
5 White Label Plugin ConveyancingBrain s online solution includes a website plugin. Perfect if you have a website or are considering creating your website. The plugin is a consumer facing tool, designed to allow your website visitors/clients to obtain a quote and instruct a conveyancer. Works in a similar way as all the above, your client will receive notification of an instruction via and you will be copied in. This instruction will be placed within the Instructed Case tab under your account. Therefore, potentially earning commission, whilst your website does all the work for you. You can set different referral fees for any instructed cases via your website. This is under the Programmed Preferences within the account settings. Step 2 Generate a Quote Generate a Quote in Minutes. Click on Residential/BTL Quote and choose from Sale, Purchase, Sale & Purchase Combined, Remortgage or Transfer of equity. July
6 Example used below is for a purchase quote: Type in the purchase price, postcode, number of applicants, tenure and lender if known. For nonstandard purchases click on the buttons underneath for further choices. You can choose to specify what ID will be submitted to streamline the process even further. July
7 Click Calculate to see results. Results The system will now display a full list of quotes according to solicitor who are on your chosen lender s panel. Results are ranked by lowest Total cost. Scroll over the View to see more details of the law firm. You can view customer feedback, this include both Broker and Client comments. July
8 Viewing and Saving Quotes Click View for a further breakdown of the quote and illustration. Click Download/ Print PDF Quote. To provide a copy to your client or to save locally to your device. If you wish to instruct, click Place Instruction. Step 3 - Instruction Complete client details, address and contact numbers. You have the ability to add a reference for your records. July
9 If you are charging a broker fee, click yes and complete fields as required if you want this paid by the Solicitor. You have the ability to send any comments to your chosen solicitor, this will be made available to your client to read as part of the case tracking facility. Click Submit. View saved Instruction The Solicitor will then be instructed and once the case has been accepted you can view under Instructed Cases tab. You will receive confirmation of instruction via along with progress updates, which will also be copied in to the message section of the ConveyancingBrain solution. 11 Case tracking/manage Pipeline Key stages can be set by your Solicitors (and may vary) but it is important to give your Solicitors flexibility to set their own especially if they want to integrate the key stages with their CMS. You can track the progress of your cases 24/7. This is all viewed under the Instructed Case tab Click on the Id to view Summary, illustration, Case Notes, Sale Progress and Client Care letters. July
12 Solicitors Click on the Solicitors Tab to view the Solicitors on our panel. If you wish to disable any firms, which will remove them for your results. Please click on the live column, this will then switch off that firm. If you wish to revert back click disable to amend back to live. Payments To view payment history, click on Account/ Settings. Click on the Payment History to see payments made to you for your referrals. Messages The message section, retains all s sent to yourself and your client following instructions and throughout process. s are also sent directly to your chosen mailbox that you enter during registration.
