2 Wirecard Shop Plugin for JTLShop 4 and JTLShop 3 Installation guide for Wirecard Checkout Page This installation guide shows the stepbystep installation of the plugin to your installed shop system, JTLShop 4 or JTLShop 3, on your web server. Please test your online shop and the configuration of the plugin on a test system before installing the plugin on your production system. Installation guide for JTLShop 4 Upload the zip file containing the Wirecard Checkout Page plugin to the document root of your JTLShop installation and unzip the file. The ziparchive already contains the directory path allowing the plugin to be stored automatically in the right folder. If you need to unzip the file on your own computer and then upload the plugin, please maintain the directory structure which already exists in the zip file. Next you need to go to (as Admin) Plugins Pluginverwaltung and install the plugin: Step 1 The plugin should now appear under Installierte Plugins : Online Guides Integration documentation 2/14

3 Step 2 Now you need to configure the plugin, please proceed to Plugins Wirecard Checkout Page : and set your Customer Id, Secret and Service Url (in most cases URL of the web page containing your contact information (imprint), this field is mandatory): Online Guides Integration documentation 3/14

6 Do not change the parameter Zahlung vor Bestellabschluss unless you are instructed to do so by our Wirecard support teams. Step 4 In Storefront Kaufabwicklung Versandarten you can add new shipping types or edit existing shipping types by clicking Versandart bearbeiten : Online Guides Integration documentation 6/14

7 Add your preferred payment method(s) to the selected shipping type and define the amount or percentage for possible surcharges or discounts you wish to apply: Step 5 Finally, please check that the payment methods are shown on the checkout page: Online Guides Integration documentation 7/14

12 FAQ I enabled Invoice or Installment as payment method in the administration panel. Why is none of these two shown on my shop frontend page? First, you have to enable the date of birth in your JTLShop configuration, to do so proceed to Einstellungen Kunden / Formulare and set Geburtstagsdatum abfragen to Ja : Online Guides Integration documentation 12/14

13 Invoice and installment are only visible if the criteria defined in your contract concluded with the financial institution (e.g. payolution) are met. None of the Wirecard Checkout Page payment methods is shown on my shop frontend page? You have to assign the payment methods to the shipping methods, for JTLShop 3 go to Kaufabwicklung Versandarten and for JTLShop 4 go to Storefront Kaufabwicklung Versandarten and add the payment methods: Online Guides Integration documentation 13/14
