Copy Misc.ebay directory to [your nopcommerce website directory]\plugins. In admin panel go to Configuration -> Plugins a) Click Reload list of plugins ; b) Install Plugin; 2. Configuration a. In Menu go "My account" -> "application keys", and click "Generate Production Keys" 6

7 Please note: there is a difference between production and sandbox system. If you want to use Sandbox for tests you need to generate Sandbox Key. You will get DEVID, AppId and CertId. Now you can generate your ebay Token. Go to Configure Settings On opened website click User Tokens : 7

8 then Generate Token (Please note: login using your seller account, not developer!). In case of sandbox token, login using your sandbox account. Save token Done! 8

To add template to product, you will need to open card, and proceed to ebay tab, where will be Template for Description dropdown menu with all available templates. 11

12 l. Mass Export Products This option is useful to send multiple products to specific category. List of category is available as a dropdown menu. Note: FixedPriceItem is not working with ebay price BIN! Get quantity from product: get quantity from product OR set new value as a Quantity. Template for description: choose available template, or leave it as a None to use description from product. Send product: choose action for situation when product is already sent. 12

13 Send as new create new auction. Revise/Relist if auction is running, update auction, if auction is closed, create new one. Skip skip this product. Override the setting of product: if checked, values from this tab will be send to ebay. If not checked, values of this tab will be omitted, values from product page will be send. 3. Categories Settings a. ebay Mapping There is extra tab on Category Details. Use it to map store categories with ebay ones. 13

14 To set up appropriate category just choose it from tree list. It will be saved automatically. Note: If you will not map category, products from that will not be able to export to ebay. Correctly category mapping: Category not mapped 14

15 b. ebay Store Mapping If your ebay Store using own categories, use this option to fully integrate ebay Store with nopcommerce. c. Product template To set default value for all products, choose product and use ebay tab. Choose template from dropdown list. 4. Products Settings and Uploading There is extra tab on Product Details. These fields will be filled automatically by plugin, after product publishing on ebay. 15

16 Setup all necessary ebay parameters. Please note: you need to be familiar with ebay sales. (more: ebay Item id generated by ebay service; Product Variant you can select Product Variant name; Quantity sales quantity that you want to sell on auction; Start price fill start price (more: Buy It Now Price fill Buy It Now Price (more: Handling time fill Handling Time (delivery time for item); Listing type choose Listing type (more: Duration Time: choose auction duration time; Check extra paid highlighters ( Bold Title, Highlight, Best Offer ). After product publishing Link to product will appear. Buttons: Save save parameters (without uploading to ebay); Send upload product to ebay after correct uploading ebay Item id and Link to product will be generated. Revise update product parameters for uploaded (active on ebay) products, e.g. you want to change product price; Relist re-upload product to ebay (when auction duration time was up product is moved to Unsold list, you can re-send it to auction). a. Using templates or description How to choose description, or templates? Plugin has a priority list. As a most important is Template for Description available on ebay tab. 16

17 If None option is set, next plugin looking for ebay - Full Description also on ebay tab. If this option is empty, then plugin will use Full description on Product Info tab. 5. How to add new product to ebay using nopcommerce Choose product you want to sell. Go to tab ebay and click Send to ebay If you have everything done correctly, you may see on that tab success 17

18 At the bottom, you may see Link product To ebay, when you click, your browser will open new tab with new product to sell. 18

19 6. Common problems a. Wrong language of error First, error message, wrong language. You have not set your global settings. 19

20 b. No location error You have not set your location, at the global settings c. PayPal and leaf category. If you choose PayPal as a Payment Method, you need to put valid registered , you have registered in PayPal Payment System. If you do not have it, just remove this option from Payment Method. Leaf category, go to Catalog -> Categories -> List and choose category to edit. Leaf category the simple difference best to see on the picture below. 20

21 d. Product specifications, attributes and branding If you will ever see an error message, read it carefully, it is saying where problem is. That`s a lot things to correct. You must create a manufacturer (Catalog -> Manufactures), add new. 21

25 Just two sizes. It`s example. Shoes (not only), you have in different size, color, and quantity. Here you may add quantity of each (here depends on size). The last, click ebay tab and send product to ebay. How it is working? 25

27 e. Invalid starting price or Buy It Now It happened when Start Price and Buy It Now price are set in auction option. Solution: Buy it now set to a value 0. f. EAN Some country s use GTIN, and some use EAN. This terms are equal. To set your EAN, just fill field at your products Product Info tab. 27

28 g. Listing is missing required item specific You set the Item Specific from attribute, but anyway you got error Listing is missing required item specific(s): Size. (This error might be displayed not only for Size, but for other options i.e. Shoe Size, Dress Size, etc ). Usually such situation appears for configurable products, when Size is presented in Item Specific and also as an option in variations. There is no value for custom attribute in configurable product as all values are kept in the associated simple products. So to avoid this error message, the Item Specific Size should be set not from Custom Attribute, but as Custom Value. You can put it some generic info (i.e. varies, L-M-XL, etc) 28
