1 Maker Faire Bay Area 2012 Maker Application This document is for review only. Please complete the application online by March 20. There are 5 Steps to the Entry Form: 1. Project Description (for internal use only) * For the Maker Faire team, explain what your project is. You can be more descriptive here than in the next question below. This information will not be made public. Please note, you will have the opportunity to provide logistical details in Step 3. 3.Project Description (for our website and your maker sign) * Limited to 225 characters or less. Commercial Maker Exhibits * If you would like to sell your own creations at Maker Faire, you are welcome to do so as a "Commercial Maker". The fee for Commercial Makers is $325, due April 27th. A Commercial Maker space is 10'x10' only, and includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Additional tables, chairs, and power can be purchased when you receive the follow- up paperwork after acceptance. Select one option below: I DO plan to sell merchandise at Maker Faire as a "Commercial Maker" I DO NOT intend to sell merchandise at Maker Faire 2. If you are a Commercial Maker, what do you plan to sell? 3. Do you plan to sample food at Maker Faire? 4. What type of area do you need? * I need a space, with 1 table and 2 chairs. I only need a space, no tables or chairs. My exhibit is mobile. I will move throughout the faire and do NOT need a space. 5. If your exhibit is a special set- up, please describe it. 6.
