2 Overview VMap Component is a uniquely designed Joomla Extension that allows you to put your listings on Google Map. It provides you a very simple and flexible way to put anything from your database on a Google Map. You can create as many maps as you want with different settings and can add as many markers as you want in any of the created Maps. It also allows you to bulk import your markers in any existing Map from a CSV file. You can display multiple Maps on a single page with different settings without any conflict. Getting direction to any location is quite simple with VMap. It has various configuration options in Backend to customize your Map in your Way. Login to your administrator panel 2. Go to Extensions -> Extension Manager 3. Click on Browser Button in Upload Package File Tab 4. Select VMap Package zip file and click upload & Install button. 5. 6 Maps Layout:- This section allows you to add Maps with lots of customization options. Please see the screenshot below: here you ll see a list of Maps added earlier. Clicking on Map title or New button at top left corner will take you to Map edit section Map Edit Section:- Map Customization options are divided into various sections to make it easy to understand. 7 Description of each section and parameters Map Configuration Section:- Type of Map: You can set default map type as per your requirement Map Title: You can put map title here Google map width: You can set map width in pixels and in percentage as well Google map height: You can set map height in pixels

8 Map Center Options Section:- With the help of Map Center parameters we can set map center position using Latitude-Longitude, Address or simply by dragging the marker on Map.

9 Control Options Section:- The control options section provides various parameters. These parameters will allow you to control your map as per your requirement.

10 Marker Options Section:- If you want to add markers manually using VMap or want to import using CSV file, Keep # vmap table selected, Else to display the markers from your existing database, select another table from where you want to upload the markers and the columns from the table. You can choose a default marker icon. You can set different marker icons for each individual markers using Markers section, still Maps section allows you to set default marker Icon for this particular Map, in case there isn t any icon found for any marker, there are various marker icons VMap has got by default, You can add as many as you want. Please check the below screenshot of Markers Section:

11 Info Window Options: - This section allows you to customize the Marker Info Window. You can set info window width and height, Info window open event onclick / onmouseover. You can also choose options (Map Title, address and message) to include in Info Window.

12 Markers Layout:- This section allows you to manage Markers. You can add markers to the existing Maps created in Maps section. You can add/edit/delete/publish/unpublish markers from the available list. Please see the below screenshot. Marker Edit Layout:- Here you need to choose the Map type you want to add Marker in and enter other various parameters required.

13 Marker Control Options:- Marker control options section contains marker positioning setup parameter e.g. address, latitude & longitude etc. It allow both features eg external url for marker and marker upload option. You can also add Info window message e.g. text, images etc with the help of editor.

14 Marker Import Layout:- It allows bulk import of your markers in any existing Map from a CSV file. Please check below Screenshot. You can select map type before importing your markers in database table and click continue button.

15 VMap Module:- Go to module manager and publish VMap module at any module position. VMap module lets you display google Map in front end with an option to display multiple markers with different icons and content. It's quite easy to add as many markers as you want using VMap component parameters either with LatLng, address or directly from your existing database. Demo Url :- Thanks
