2 Logging in to the Asset Control Centre 1. Navigate your internet browser to 2. Enter Company ID 3. Enter User Name 4. Enter Password 5. Click Login

3 The is where the majority of the asset tracking takes place. Features of the includes the ability to add markers at points of interest, unit movements can be traced in near real time, roadside cameras that provide near real time images, assets that are being tracked can be immediately located plus much more.

4 One of the functioning areas of the is the Map Filter Toolbox. This provides you with a quick and easy tool to locate and follow units on the map. Start by filtering the group and unit information: click Locate ; the unit will appear on the map in yellow click on Clear Located and it will cause the selected asset icon on the map to become unselected

5 To use Follow, this will provide you with live tracking of a unit s movement. Start by filtering the group and unit information: click Follow ; a second screen will appear showing the vehicle information, time, date, speed, message and group information as the modem sends out the next message (based on polling time), you will notice that the unit movement on the map, the time will change and message may change NOTE: For training purposes, we have shown you how the unit would move location on the map. If you run a Follow live, you will see only one unit icon move on the map.

6 The next functioning area of the is the Map Toolbox Controls. Zoom In: Zoom Out: Pan: Unit Marker: allows you to zoom in on the map allows you to zoom out on the map allows you to pan the map by clicking the mouse on the map and dragging allows you to hover over a marker to get the latest information

7 Map Information: provides you with detailed information when you click on a point on the map; this is a very useful tool for locating resources near you in case of an emergency click on the icon, then click on the location/spot on the map; you will then receive the information screen

8 Parking Lot View: provides you with a close up view when multiple tracked assets are parked in close proximity to each other click on the icon, then click on the group of assets on the map you will have an information screen appear listing the units parked together

9 Refresh: Force Refresh: Satellite View: this will repaint your map to its original view this will repaint your map to its original view this will provide you with a Google popup map showing details of an area click on the icon, then click on a spot on the map; a full size map popup will appear you can also zoom in and out on the Google popup map

10 Measure: allows you to draw lines on the map that will help you measure distance from one point to another Clear All: click on the icon, then click a starting point on the map (you will see a small white square) draw your lines along your route; double click on your end point (you will see a small white square); you will be given the approximate distance from the two points will clear what you have measured with the Measure tool

11 Road Cameras: provides you with an image of the roads that have cameras available on them click on the icon, then click on the camera of choice a full screen view will appear with the most recent information provided by AMA

12 Add Marker: allows you to place various types of markers that can be used to identify points of interests particular to your company click on the icon, then click on the location on the map, an information screen will appear to help you set up your marker once you save the marker, you will see it on the map

13 C:\Users\lchan\de Add a Document: allows you to attach a document to any place on the map (note, you can t attach a document to a unit/asset) click on the Add a Document icon then click on the chosen map location; you will see a screen to choose and upload your document in this example, you will see we attached a Word Document to the Training Marker View or Delete: allows you to view or delete documents that have been attached to the map

14 Open/Close Messaging: allows you to show or hide the ACC Messaging Centre

15 Ban Layers: this basic road ban service allows you to see any road ban layers set by RoaData Services Ltd.

16 The next functioning area of the is the Utility Toolbox. Search: provides you a flexible way to search the map when you click on the Search icon, you will see a screen that allows you to choose your search options you can search by Survey/Grid Search, Place Search, Oil & Gas or Latitude & Longitude

17 Locate: provides you with a drop down list of assets to help you locate a specific unit/asset click the Locate icon, you will then see a screen with a drop down box of asset information to help narrow down your search once the unit/asset is located, it will show on the map as yellow

18 Trace: will provide you a visual representation of a vehicle s route click on the Trace icon, you will then see a screen to help you narrow your trace information; the example you see on this page is shown as animation with the message points connected by a line

19 GEOFencing: takes you to the GEOFence Management page of the Asset Control Centre so you can create a GEOFence on the map once your GEOFence has been created, you will be given an option to view it on the

20 Messaging: takes you directly to the Messaging Centre on the Asset Control Centre

21 Reports: provides you with an information page about the reports offered in the Asset Control Centre NOTE: to run your reports, go to Reports in the Asset Control Centre

22 Help: provides you with a legend of Point2It Map icons and color codes the legend will include color information and symbols on: -Wells & Facilities -Roads -Road Bans

23 West of Calgary Print: allows you to print a copy of the current Point2It Map you will see a screen that will ask you if you would like to print in Portrait or Landscape follow steps to print from your specified printer

24 The final functioning area of the is the Map Navigation Control. This tool provides you with easy navigation of the map from left to right, up and down.

25 The Preference tool option. This section provides you with the option of how you want to view the Point2It Map. You can also change group and unit colors and decide which road bans will be visible on the map. Preferences: click on Preferences, you will see a screen that provides you with options of how you would like to modify what you see on the Point2It Map modifying the Default Map information will alter the Point2It Map default view
