4 The administra-ve por-on of the PowerSchool sign- in page now has the same structure as all other sign- in pages, with separate fields for the username and the password.

5 You now have the ability to add a custom message to the sign- in page for all PowerSchool portals.

6 You can now define one or more calendar templates on the District Calendars page (Start Page > LEA Setup > District Calendars). Once set up, you can quickly and easily push the calendar template to one or more selected schools

7 Access a new akendance grid (Start Page > AKendance) that you can use to filter, sort, set, and use a student selec-on, as well as export student akendance data in mul-ple formats including XLSX, PDF, and CSV.

8 Access an updated incident list grid you can use to filter, sort, and export incident data in mul-ple formats including XLSX, PDF, and CSV.

9 Access an updated health management list grid you can use to filter, sort, and export health data in mul-ple formats including XLSX, PDF, and CSV.

10 Crea-ng and edi-ng a grade scale is much faster. Tools are available to quickly create all of the rows needed in a new scale. You can now enter key grade scale items (for example, cutoff %) across all grade labels, not just one by one.

11 Student and Parent Portal Pages by School 9.2 Release

12 Six new object report templates are now available. The templates use the new Standards object in object reports that makes repor-ng on standards much easier than ever before. The templates can be downloaded from the System > Download PowerSchool Report Templates link in PowerSchool.

13 PowerSchool 9.2 includes a preview release of Enterprise Repor-ng. This new feature is delivered as a plugin that provides access to Oracle Applica-on Express (APEX) Interac-ve Reports. Users must be given specific permissions to access the Enterprise Repor-ng content through the plugin. Users who have been given access to the Enterprise Repor-ng content will be able to sort, filter, and manipulate the data defined in the prebuilt and customized reports.

14 A new data grid displays a list of At Risk students based on grades and absences for the current term so that you can sort, filter, and drill down to student details and take ac-on.

15 Set up At Risk index levels and At Risk index methods based on grades and akendance for your schools so that the counts displayed in the At Risk data visualiza-on will meet your needs.
