2 Structure Description MVE/MVENT The D covers an airflow range between m/h and.000 m/h, suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. The DD covers an airflow range between 0 m/h and. m/h, suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. Structure MVE D/DD asing in galvanized steel with simple skin panel. In-line configuration, with circular inlet and rectangular outlet connected to the box trough an8 mm thick rubber joint, acting as a flexible seal. Top panel acts as weather roof. Fan/motor set mounted on four antivibration rubber plots. Reinforced bottom panel, giving the box more stability, and mechanical resistance. Maintenance access by unscrewing side panel. External connection box IP Mounting feet. Structure MVENT D/DD luminium profile structure with plastic corners. Simple or double wall panels made from galvanized steel. Panels can be supplied with PV cover for sea side installation. Inside insulation made from mm polyurethane foam, fire resistance class M. Fan/motor built on metallic frame with two transversal beams that allow regulation for fan/motor distance and belt tension. Fan/motor metallic frame is mounted on four rubber anti-vibration plots. Boxes mounted on four adjustable rubber feet. In-line configuration, with rectangular outlet connected to the box trough an8 mm thick rubber joint, acting as a flexible seal. Maintenance access door with polyamide hinges and / turn lock and key.

3 Fan-Motor Set MVE D/MVENT D Belt driven, double inlet centrifugal fan, with forward curved impeller, static and dynamically balanced. Belt/pulley transmission connected to the fan s shaft through quick lock screws. IP three-phase asynchronous motor, class F, V - 00V 0 Hz. Working conditions from -0 º up to +0 º. MVE DD/MVENT DD Direct driven, double inlet centrifugal fan, with forward curved impeller, static and dynamically balanced. IP single-phase asynchronous motor, class F, V - V 0 Hz,

4 cessories MVE D/DD Outlet rain hood with bird net. Pressure switch. Maintenance switch. MVENT D/DD Weather roof made of galvanized steel, for outdoor installation Outlet/inlet rain hood made of galvanized steel with bird net. Filter: Plain EU synthetic filter with 8% efficiency according to SHRE /68, built inside a metallic frame with metallic grid protection. Pressure switch: clogged filter or broken belt detection. Maintenance switch. Vertical outlet (º configuration) : Box dimensions will change justable motor pulley.
