1 Introduction Whether you are working in Microsoft, Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft there are helpful keyboard shortcuts you can use. Below is a list of the more common keyboard shortcuts and the program they function with. Miscellaneous Shortcuts There may be functions assigned to - - or - (hold down one of these keys and press a function key or other key). Remember, there may not be a function attached, or you may not recognize it. Keyboard Shortcut Command Works In (short list of programs): Home Moves cursor to the left margin, (left most visible column) Home Moves to opening slide PowerPoint End Moves cursor to the end of a line End Moves to end of slide show PowerPoint Functions There may be additional functions assigned to - - (hold down one of these keys and press a particular key). Remember, there may not be a function attached, or you may not recognize it. Keyboard Shortcut Command Works In (short list of programs): apostrophe Copy the contents of the cell above into the currently selected cell. semicolon Insert Date ~ zero Reveals formulas in the cells (rather than the resulting values) Hide selected column(s) (whatever column the cell selector is currently on)

6 Print Screen Function Keys Copies the current screen to the Clipboard. You can then paste that screenshot wherever that is possible (e.g. ).
