System requirements Merlin Project requires an Apple Mac with Intel processor and macos 10.11.6 as a minimum. Installation and test phase Visit our website and go to the Products area.

4 System requirements Merlin Project requires an Apple Mac with Intel processor and macos as a minimum. Installation and test phase Visit our website and go to the Products area. Here you can find all our products and further information. Select Merlin Project, if you aren t already in its product page. Clicking Download 30 days Demo will download Merlin Project to your Mac in the Downloads folder. Installation After downloading Merlin Project, open the "Downloads" folder on your Mac. There you can see the just downloaded program. Double-click the Merlin Project icon. Then click on *Move to the "Applications" Folder*. From the folder "Applications" you can drag the Merlin Project-symbol directly onto the Dock (the application bar at the bottom of the screen) and start it from with a mouse click. If you want to start Merlin Project from another folder in the future, check Do not show this message again. This means that the note is no longer displayed. 2 System requirements

30-day test Try Merlin Project for free and without restriction. The first time the program is started, following message will appear. Click Start 30 Day Trial for the free 30-day trial period.

The test phase allows you to test Merlin Project in full within a period of 30 days, from the first program start. After the test phase, project files can be opened and viewed but can no longer be edited. A subscription is required to edit the projects again. A message appears in the upper right corner of the program window during the 30 days test phase. This note informs you about the remaining days of the test phase. Subscription If you start Merlin Project after the trial period, the message Not licensed will appear in the upper right corner of the main window. Guides for Merlin Project Introduction 3

If you click on Only Use for Reading, you can use the application just to open and read Merlin Project

6 If you click on Not licensed, following window will appear. By clicking on Subscribe Now you will automatically switch to Preferences > Subscription. If you click on Only Use for Reading, you can use the application just to open and read Merlin Project documents. 7 Activate team device If there are discounts, the first button will automatically notify you accordingly. Click on Subscribe and read in the following section how to subscribe to Merlin Project. Subscribing Merlin Project You can close a subscription by clicking on the button of the same name in the Preferences > Subscription. In the following dialog you make the selection you want for the subscription. 1. select your country from the drop-down menu. 2. enter your zip code. 3. enter the number of simultaneous users. 4. if having a coupon code, can enter it in the field of the same name. 5. click on Subscribe for. You need your subscription email address and password to use Merlin Project on other Macs. Please keep it safe.

Manage existing subscription Click on Manage Existing Subscription to open the Settings for your subscription.

Manage existing subscription Click on Manage Existing Subscription to open the Settings for your subscription. Enter the and Password for your subscription and click on Continue. Extend Subscription Cancel Subscription Payment Information Click on Activate This Device. Your subscription will be then activated for this mac.

Close on Close, to close the dialog without having made a selection. Activate team device This option Activate team device is required for subscriptions with more than one user. This will unlock Merlin Project for other users on your devices. A license code is then required to unlock the team device. If you enter the license code, the team device will be enabled for use. Deactivate a specific device from a subscription To deactivate a specific mac from a running subscription, go to Preferences > Subscription. Press and hold the option key. 10 Press and hold the option key and click Deactivate Device to remove a specific mac from a running subscription. Cancel a Subscription To cancel a running subscription, go to Preferences > Subscription. Click on Manage Existing Subscription to open the Settings for your subscription. Enter the and Password for your subscription and click on Continue. Click on the Cancel Subscription. 8 Cancel a Subscription
