3 Desktop Agent Cloud4U desktop agent can monitor and sync your personal files/folders in the selected local folder. Therefore, if you want to delete, move, upload, or download any files/folders, you can simply manipulate them with your familiar file operation experience. All the actions will be finished by Cloud4U agent in background. For your convenience, if you want to upload/download large file or many files, we recommend that you use Cloud4U desktop agent.. Windows Cloud4U I. Install Cloud4U 1. Double click Cloud4U.msi to run the executable file. 2. The Cloud4U setup wizard will start and guide the installation of the Cloud4U agent step by step. Click the Next button.

4 3. Select the folder where you want to install the Cloud4U client agent. 4. Check the current availability of disk space. 5. Click the Next button to continue the installation process. 6. When installation completes, the window will indicate that the Cloud4U agent has been successfully installed. Click the Close button to close the installation wizard window. II. Initialize Cloud4U 2. User can specify the server information manually. 1. Cloud4U client agent will automatically detect the Server. 3. Select Use encrypted communication by checking the box to the left.

5 4. Click the Browse button and use the displayed file dialog to select a folder as the Cloud4U synchronization folder. 5. Or click the Default button and select the default Cloud4U Folder. 6. Click the Finish button to finish the initialization process. Note: After finishing initialization, the Cloud4U system tray icon will be shown. If users need more information about Cloud4U, please click the icon to open the Cloud4U Menu, and click Help to open the Cloud4U User s Guide as a PDF file.

6 Mac Cloud4U I. Install Cloud4U 1. Click Cloud4U.dmg to install on your computer. 2. Drag the Cloud4U icon to the Applications folder. II. Initialize Cloud4U 1. Cloud4U will automatically detect the Server. 2. If the Cloud4U cannot find an available Server or you wish to connect to the Server which is not in the pull down list. 3. User can choose to Use encrypted transmission.

7 4. Select a folder as the Cloud4U synchronization folder, or use default one. 5. Select a personal folder icon which you prefer. 6. Click the Launch Agent button and finish the initialization process. Note: After initialization, Cloud4U system tray icon will display the Cloud4U menu. User can click this icon and select Help to open the Cloud4U User s Guide as a PDF file which provides more detailed information.

Search Cloud4U on Apple Store. 1. Input Cloud4U and search app. 2. Click FREE to download Cloud4U and install it.

9 2. Click FREE to download install Cloud4U. 3. When the installation finished, the Cloud4U icon will show on desktop. II. Initialize Cloud4U 1. Click the icon of Cloud4U on desktop and input the Cloud4U account, password and server address. Then click Login to start. 1. Type your Account and password. 2. Click Login to start.

Using Cloud4U android agent, you can easily upload files to personal folder, and share files/folders with friends and colleagues. Besides, you can add files as your favorites for fast and offline viewing. We highly recommend having the Android agent with you when you are doing outdoor activities. Android App I. Install Cloud4U 1. Click Play Store icon on desktop. 2. Search Cloud4U. 3. Click Download to download Cloud4U.

12 4. Click Accept & download to install it. 5. Click Open button to start Cloud4U.

13 II. Initialize Cloud4U 1. Click the icon of Cloud4U on desktop and input the Cloud4U account, password and server address. Then click Login to start. 1. Type your Account and Password. 2. Click Login to start. 2. After successfully login to Cloud4U, personal folder list will be shown. 3. Long press a file/folder icon will show corresponding actions for user to operate the file/folder in Cloud4U. 3. For more detailed help, click the Help in Settings. 4. Click Help for more information.
