5 Please note the front bed support spring is the thicker of the three springs. 2. Fitting the V7 bed 1. Remove the old bed from the machine.

6 2. Remove and discard the nuts from the bed support bolts. 3. Remove and discard the bed support bolts, springs and washers.

7 4. Place a washer and the front spring (see contents to identify) over one of the new bed support bolts. Then attach this to the front block on the bed support triangle.

8 5. Place a washer and one of the rear springs (see contents to identify) over one of the new bed support bolts. Then attach this to either of the rear blocks on the bed support triangle. Repeat this step for the other rear bed support.

9 6. Now install the new bed into the machine by pushing it down on the springs and sliding it into place.

10 7. Loosely fix the locking nuts to the bottom of the bed support bolts (you will need to fasten these after you have levelled the bed) 8. You can now level your bed ( Click here for instructions).
