Key Discribtion ON OFF TARE UNIT NET GROSS Description: 1 : ON/OFF: 1) Power on 2) Power off (press and hold for 3 seconds) 2 : TARE: 1) When there s load on the platform, press TARE to return to zero. 2) When there s no load on the platform, press TARE to return to actual zero. 3 : UNIT Toggle among KG, LB and OZ unit. 4 : Net / Gross 1) Net, Gross switchable FOB_NA-SH-e-0310

Then press Test Pin again and display shows zero count (3000 ~ 35000). Load calibration weight to calibrate. Following is the calibration weight for each capacity: 1. For 1500 g capacity, please load 1000 g; the display will show 1000 when calibration is finished. 2. For 3000 g capacity, please load 2000 g; the display will show 2000 when calibration is finished. 3. For 6000 g capacity, please load 5000 g; the display will show 5000 when calibration is finished. 4. The Test key is located in the bottom of the scale FOB_NA-SH-e-0310

7 4. Calibration Procedure Press Test pin to enter capacity mode. Press UNIT key to choose capacity Then press NET/GROSS key, display will show zero count. Press TARE key and display will show 0. Load 2kg weight on platform. Display will show span count. Press TARE key again. Display will show CAL Remove the weight from platform when calibration is finished. Note: The Test pin is in the rear of the scale FOB_NA-SH-e-0310

If the zero count value is out of range, please adjust the R1, R2 of the main board (CH-0500) to obtain correct zero count. 3.
