2 1 KEYBOARD 1.1:Remove the Keyboard. 1.2 : Firstly push connector according to the direction as pic shows; then remove the cable; Keyboard S1N-1ETC311-SA0 1

3 2 BATTERY PACK 2.1:Move the Unlock button base on left picture shows; 2.2:Release the Release button and move the battery pack base on left picture. Battery Pack S9N SJ3 1

4 3 BOTTOM DOOR ASSY 3.1:Remove the 10 screws (M2.5*5mm), then remove the Bottom door. Attention: the screw driver touque is: Kgf-cm Bottom door J312-H76 1 Screw E H29 10

5 4 HDD MODULE 4.1:Remove the HDD Module according to the direction as pic shows; 4.2:Remove the 2 screws(m3*3.5mm) that stabilize the bracket; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H :Remove the HDD bracket; HDD Bracket E2M A89 1 HDD Module S T14 1

6 5 LOWER CASE ASSY 5.1:Remove the 1 screw(m2*3mm) and antenna; Then remove the TV tuner. Attention: the screw driver torque: Kgf-cm TV tuner S K45 1 Screw E H :Remove the USB FFC. 5.3:Separate Upper case and Lower case.

7 5 LOWER CASE ASSY 5.4:Remove the USB Board; 5.5:Remove the USB Board FFC; USB Board B-01S 1 FFC K1C J :Remove the TV IO JACK TV IO JACK K H39 1 Lower Case D312-H76 1

8 6 SEPARATE UPPER CASE 6.1:Remove the Camera cable as pic shows: 6.2:Remove the 1 screw(m2*3mm), then remove the Wlan card. Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm wireless Screw E H :Remove the LVDS cable as pic shows:

9 6 SEPARATE UPPER CASE 6.4 : Remove the 2 screws(m2.5*5mm) that stabilize the LCD hinge. Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H :Remove the Power board FFC and Bluetooth Cable, speaker cable as pic shows: 6.6:Remove the T/P FFC as pic shows:

10 7 THERMAL-KIT DRAM 7.1:Push the two side shielding of RAM as pic shows; Then remove the RAM module according the direction as pic shows; RAM Module S7C-S T :Remove the 3 screws(m2*3mm) and FAN cable, after that remove the Fansink Attention:the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm 3 Screw E H29 3 Fansink E F05 1

11 8 UPPER CASE ASSY 8.1:Remove the 1 screw(m2*3mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Screw E H :Remove the main board from Lower case Main Board S 1

12 8 UPPER CASE ASSY 8.3:Remove the 1 screw(m2*3mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Screw E H :Remove Power board FFC. Power board A-01S 1 Power Board CABLE K1C J36 1

13 8 UPPER CASE ASSY 8.5:Remove the Speaker; Speaker S33-A F :Remove the B/T module; Bluetooth Module D-150 1

14 8 UPPER CASE ASSY 8.7:Remove the T/P module, Touchpad Module S SD2 1 Upper Case C313-P :Release the connector that stabilize the T/P cable, then remove the T/P module FFC according to direction of left pic shows; FFC Cable (To MB) K1C J36 1

15 9 LCD MODULE ASSY 9.1:Remove the 2 LCD Hinge cap. Hinge cap-l E2P H76 1 Hinge cap-r E2P H :Remove the 2 Rubber. Then remove the 2screws (M2.5*5mm). Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Rubber E2Y Y40 2 Screw E H : Remove the LCD bezel. LCD Bezel B311-H76 1

16 9 LCD MODULE ASSY 9.4:Remove the 2 screws (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H : Remove the 4 screws (M2.5*5mm); then remove the two LCD hinges on two sides; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 4 Hinge R E2M G60 1 Hinge L E2M G60 1

17 9 LCD MODULE ASSY 9.6:Remove the display module from LCD cover; 9.7:Remove the LVDS cable from display module; LVDS Cable K H39 1

18 9 LCD MODULE ASSY 9.8:Remove the 4 screws (M2*3mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Display Module S1J-242G001-H34 1 LCD BRACKET-L E2M A89 1 LCD BRACKET-R E2M A89 1 Screw E H :Remove the MIC Module as left picture show MIC Module S N :Remove the coaxial cable(camera Cable);

19 9 LCD MODULE ASSY 9.11:Remove the CMOS camera module according to the sequence as pic shows; Attention:don t use too heavy strength when removing the camera module to avoid damaging camera module; INT Coaxial Cable K V03 1 Camera Module S1F B :Remove the magnet Magnet E2M SF :Remove the WIRELESS Antenna board from LCD Cover. Antenna S K90-J51 1 LCD Cover A311-P89 1
