Firms/Supplier are not registered with HQs COMLOG are required to enclose a Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 5% of the total value of quotation in favoure of CO NPEC alongwith their bids and also enclosed GST/NTN Certificates. Registered firms may endorse their Registration # on bids. 2. Quotation would be invited as follows: a. LPR/Reference/Job # with Date and Opening Date/Inquiry # of Tender, specimen of the same are as in para 4 below. b. Quotation should be on Firm s printed letter head duly stamped and signature alongwith Rs 500/= for each bid (Non- refundable). c. Sample of components/pcb/module, if required, will be shown, upon demand. d. Warrant & validity of repair/components/electronics items should be mentioned on bid separately. e. Submission of covering quotations on behalf of other firms is not allowed, moreover Tender will open in the presence of representative of firms, in case absence of any bidder/rep who offered the bid, the tender will be open and in this regard no objection will be accepted. f. Only new brand item is required. Refurbished/old items will not be accepted. g. TSR of the offered items will be conducted as per Tender document technically rejected offers will not be considered. h. Tender s validity is for current financial year. j. Tender will be opened in presence of the contractors/suppliers or representative of the firm having authority letter. Rep of another firms will not be participate in bid on behalf of other firm. k. Pakistan Navy terms and conditions for standard procurement will be apply. l. The Procuring agency (NPEC) shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal; the grounds for its rejection of bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 3.
