1 Guidance to start using Microsoft Office 365 To straight forward and be continent for you to get starting the service, we recommend to follow this below instruction. Starter Guide for Administrator Step 1 : Log-in Office 365 Portal Step 2 : Assign Product License to User Account Step 3 : Check Subscription (Purchased & Assigned Licenses) / Add Users / Assign Product License to User Accounts (if having licenses left to assign) Starter Guide for User Step 4 : Install Office App Microsoft Office Professional (for SME Office Premium package only) and Skype for Business Step 5 : Set Up Step 6 : Start Using Starter Guide for Administrator Step 1 - Log-in Office 365 Portal Go to Log in with your user account and password (as received)

2 For first log-in, it requires to update new password with confirmed. Step 2 - Assign Product License to User Account Select Assign Products to go to the Active Users screen for assigning product license to user account or select Admin > Users > Active Users to access the same menu

3 Click selecting in front of the user in list. There will be new setting screen appeared

4 Selecting Edit over the Product license for assigning product license to user account On the Product Licenses screen, selecting Location as Thailand and selecting On over the purchased license which desired to assign to this user account

5 Then, you will find that its status of the user account is updated upon product license assigned prior which could be - Office 365 Business Premium status for SME Office Premium package - Office 365 Business Essential status for SME Office Lite package

6 Besides, you can follow Step 3 - Check Subscription (Purchased & Assigned Licenses) / Add Users / Assign Product License to User Accounts if you have licenses left to assign If not, go to Step 4 : Install Office App Microsoft Office Professional (for SME Office Premium package only) and Skype for Business Step 3 - Check Subscription (Purchased & Assigned Licenses) / Add Users / Assign Product License to User Accounts (if having licenses left to assign) You can check subscription (purchased & assigned licenses) via Home > Billing > Subscriptions menu before adding users and assigning the product license to user account On Active Users screen ( Home > Users > Active Users menu), select Add a user. There will be new screen appeared

7 Fill in an information in User, Product Licenses, and to send new password to the recipient as figure

8 You also can pass on Starter Guide for User ( to the user to start using by themselves Starter Guide for User Step 4 - Install Office App Microsoft Office Professional (for SME Office Premium package only) and Skype for Business On the home screen, there will be an instruction to advise for setup as Go to setup

9 Click Get started to install your Office apps - Microsoft Office Professional Plus (for SME Office Premium package only) and Skype for Business Install your Office apps Step 1 Personalize sign-in; It is recommended to select continuing to use the subscribed primary domain name for signing in and , then click Next

10 Install your Office apps Step 2 Add users; Recommended to click Next Install your Office apps Get apps; For SME Office Premium package You can select Install now to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus and Skype for Business as figure before Next For SME Office Lite package You can select Install now to install Skype for Business as figure before Next (Skip Step 3 (1) Get and install Microsoft Office Professional Plus) Otherwise, click Next without installing apps if would like to install later o Install your Office apps Step 3 (1) Get and install Microsoft Office Professional Plus;

11 Select Language and Version which are - 32-bit (recommended as default) - 64-bit, if your machine supports Then, click install

12 Complete installing Microsoft Office Professional Plus (.exe) file o Install your Office apps Step 3 (2) Get and install Skype for Business; You can choose several types of Skype for Business to use, for example; - Skype for Business Basic (for Office 2016) - Skype for Business Skype for Business Web Scheduler Then, select Language and Version which are - 32 bit (recommended as default) - 64-bit, if your machine supports And click install

13 Complete installing Microsoft Office Professional Plus (.exe) file Select Go to the Admin center to back to the Home screen before setting up

14 Step 5 Setup On the home screen, there will be an instruction to advise for setup as Go to setup Select Get started to set up

15 Setup Step 1 Personalize sign-in; It is recommended to select continuing to use the subscribed primary domain name for signing in and , then click Next Setup Step 2 Add users; Recommended to click Next

16 Select Go to the Admin center to back to the Home screen before starting to use Step 6 Start Using Go to Microsoft Office 365 Home, click on Office 365

18 All Microsoft Office 365 applications will display on the home screen for you to start using
