Event Profile The first time you log into the event, your event profile will be displayed. Filling out your profile completely and accurately will help you while networking with attendees and sponsors in the event. Your profile contains your personal bio and message. Filling in this information allows others in the event to determine if you are a good fit for networking and/or business opportunities. When setting up your profile, you can choose an image to represent you during the event. You may select from an extensive list of stock images, or you can upload your own photo. You can edit your profile at any time by clicking Profile on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Page 3
Data Portal The second tab in the profile is the Data Portal tab. In this area be able to see all of the reports of users that entered your space, the communications you have had, etc. You will also be able to download the reports by clicking on CSV and saving the spread sheet to your desktop. You can review your reports at any time by clicking on Tools then Update My Profile on the toolbar. Page 4
Event Landing Page After logging into the event, completing your profile and uploading your resume, you will be taken to the event s landing page. From the landing page, you can visit the main areas of the event. 1. Exhibit Hall Visit and interact with sponsors on the event floors. 2. Networking Lounge Network with your peers via interactive group chat. 3. Resource Center Review all of the EXPO material in the digital library. You can return to the landing page by clicking Lobby on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Page 5
Helpful Information In some of the EXPO floors, you will notice a blue drawer. These blue drawers include helpful information about each area. Take a minute to review them to get the most out of your EXPO experience. Once you have read them, they can be closed by clicking on the tab with the arrow (circled to the left). Page 6
Exhibit Hall By clicking on Exhibit Hall icon on the landing page, you will be taken to the event floor, where you can view sponsor spaces. To enter a space, click on the space icon on the event floor. Click on the sponsor s name to view their space. You can return to the Exhibit Hall by clicking Exhibit Hall on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Page 7
Space Staffing When candidates enter your space and click on the Staff tab, they see icons for all of your space representatives. If a space rep is online, the candidate can chat with that individual by clicking on the rep s icon and selecting Start Chat. If a particular rep is not online, the candidate will still be able to send an in-event or vcard simply by clicking on the rep s profile icon. Staff can also chat with attendees in the space s group chat room You can return to the Exhibit Hall by clicking Exhibit Hall on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Page 8
Adding Job Postings in Booth Builder Please ensure that you post jobs for your booth via step 8 and not step 7. Step 7 is misleading because there is an "apply here" button, and we can't remove that, so to avoid uncertainty, please post all jobs via a link (step 8). As of today there are three jobs posted and they need to be posted under step 8 vs. step 7. Step 8 - Click Add new Enter Title enter the job positions title Enter Description enter the job positions description Enter URL copy/paste the link to the job posting from USAjobs.gov Save your changes Make sure you assign the job posting to a tab in Step 9 by clicking the checkbox next to the job posting in the appropriate tab. Page 9
