1 Virtual Learning Event Attendee Guide Thank you for participating in The Mark Travel Corporation s Agent of Change Virtual Learning Event! Navigation around the Learning Center is a breeze, but in case you get lost, we are sharing some tips to help you find your way. The Lobby 1. To navigate the environment, click on any of the items displayed and explore. Theater - webinars, Agent of Change - specific educational topic content, LME Brand Pavilions/Supplier Showcase -for booths 2. If you require technical assistance, visit the help desk Version: 2 Updated: 02/21/ Travel Agent of Change
2 2 The Theater 1. When a webinar is available, the button to the left of the title will say Launch. If it is coming up, it ll say Scheduled. All new webinars will appear at the top of the list 2. There is a countdown timer on each scheduled webinar, plus a listing of the specific time the doors will open so you can enter the lobby for that webinar. Each lobby opens 5 minutes before the webinar begins 3. You can share any content item via or twitter by clicking on the Share buttons TravelAgentofChange.com
3 Virtual Learning Event Attendee Guide 3 LME Brand Pavilion or Supplier Showcase TMTC Brand Pavilion: 1. Click on the logo provided to enter the booth for that brand or supplier Supplier Showcase: 2. Here you can view brand specific media and participate in live chats with participating suppliers
4 4 Supplier Booth Live Chat 1. When you enter a booth for the first time, a list of supplier representatives will appear. When a rep is available for 1:1 chat, a green chat bubble will appear to the right of their name. You can close this by clicking the x in the upper right 2. When you first open a booth, you will see the public chat open on your screen. This is a group chat for that specific room and can be moved anywhere you wish or closed using the x in the upper right. You can re-open it with the public group chat button in the upper right of the screen TravelAgentofChange.com
5 Virtual Learning Event Attendee Guide 5 Supplier Booth Navigation 1. Navigate between booths using the upper left navigation 2. View their available resources, which may be documents, videos, or links all within any of the signs in this area that are clickable. Please note that the white ones may simply be decorative 3. If you closed the list of supplier representatives, you can click on the name of the company icon in the upper right in order to view them again

Resource screens will show available topics with materials within them. When you click on them, a content window will pop up and provide you with various resources you can view or play
8 8 Help Desk 1. Help Desk reps, if online, will show available in the rep list like you see in regular booths. 2. If you click on this screen, it will either launch the live chat during a live chat event or open the support ticket form if it is not. No matter what, you can get technical support from the team!
