3 3 Purpose of the RMA Xchange: WHY WAS IT CREATED The RMA Xchange is a group of online communities that was created to facilitate discussion amongst RMA members assigned to the community.

4 What are RMA S Xchange Communities? 1. RMA Member Forum Open to all RMA Members 2. RMA Chapter Discussion Forum All Chapter Board Members only 3. RMA Chapter Board Communities Private Each Chapter Board Only 4. Invitation Only Groups CRC Vendor Risk Management Round Table participant Credit Department Managers Forum participant 5. Special Interest Groups Community Bank Regulatory Discussion Group 4

5 5 What is the Xchange Usage? 1. RMA Member Forum 2.5k posts 98 libraries 2. RMA Chapter Discussion Forum 50 discussions 10 libraries 3. RMA Chapter Board Communities N/A 4. Invitation Only Groups/Special Interest N/A

6 WHY USE IT? CHAPTER DISCUSSION FORUM 6 Chapters should use this exchange of information and ideas to further the success of their chapter year over year and achieve chapter goals: an extension of the Chapter Leaders Conference if you will.

7 7 W HO SHOULD BE TALKING? CHAPTER DISCUSSION FORUM Discussions are for chapter board members only - so only current board members will be able to access to the Chapter Xchange.

8 INTERACT, DISCUSS & ENGAGE WITH DIGITAL DISCUSSIONS: CHAPTER DISCUSSION FORUM Take advantage of this unique opportunity to ask a question and get answers from your chapter peers Start a new digital dialogue or reply to an existing discussion. Reply to the discussion as a whole or privately to just the sender. 8

9 9 LIBRARIES Upload helpful tools of chapter best practices. Click on the library folders to view and download the content items. Share links to popular discussion threads to your chapter board and affinity groups.

10 10 PARTICIPATE WHEN IT S CONVENIENT FOR YOU You decide when you want to participate in the conversations! Sign in to your RMAHQ personal profile Local Group that you are eligible to join Once you have joined you can also: Set your digest subscriptions (real time, daily digest).

12 12 USING THE RMA XCHANGE Communities: To view and access the communities you belong to: - select the Communities tab on the home page - then click My Communities from the drop-down menu.

13 13 TO MAKE A NEW POST Go to your community s home page, and click the Discussion tab.

14 14 TO MAKE A NEW POST CONT. Click the blue Post a New Message button

15 15 TO MAKE A NEW POST CONT. This will take you to a screen that looks like the below. Fill in your message, and then click the blue Send button.

16 16 TO REPLY TO A DISCUSSION Click on the Reply to Discussion link on the post you wish to respond to.

17 HOW TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE Log in to the RMA Xchange homepage. Click on your profile picture, found at the top right corner of the screen (if you have not uploaded a photo, it will look like a gray silhouette). This will open a drop-down menu. Click the Profile button. 17

18 18 HOW TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE - CONT You will be taken to a page that looks like this:

19 19 HOW TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE - CONT To change or add a profile picture, click on the gray Action button under your picture. By clicking the blue import your info button, you can load all of your LinkedIn information directly onto the profile. To add information manually: o In each section, the blue + Add button will allow you to add new entries (you can add multiple colleges, jobs, social links, etc). o If information is already listed, clicking on the pencil icon will allow you to edit it. o The trash icon next to the pencil will allow you to delete an entry entirely.

20 SECURITY SETTINGS 20 From your profile, select My Account. In Privacy Settings you will be able to edit who has access to all of your information, including address, phone number, etc. Please remember to scroll to the bottom and click Save when you are finished. The Preferences option will allow you to set what kinds of s you receive from the RMA Xchange (for example: invites to join communities, s from admins, etc.)

21 CHANGING THE NOTIFICATION FREQUENCY 21 The Community Notifications option is where you can change how many s you receive from each Xchange group you belong to. The options are: a) Real Time a new notification every time someone makes a post in that group. b) Daily Digest one a day containing all the posts from the last 24 hours. c) No no s ever from that Xchange group. 23 23 LIBRARIES If your Xchange Community has a library, then you ll see a tab for it on the top bar.

24 USAGE CODE OF CONDUCT It is there to protect you and RMA. At a very high level overview: RMA Xchange may be used only for the purpose of discussing matters directly affecting or relating to the advancement of sound risk principles in the financial services industry. All postings shall be of an informational nature and for informational purposes only. Commercial use or any other unauthorized use of the RMA Xchange communities is prohibited. Do not post any information concerning market shares, salaries, costs, net interest or other margins, or encouraging the selection or rejection of customers or vendors. For more information on appropriate and inappropriate competitive behavior at RMA meetings, please feel free to consult the RMA Antitrust Guidelines: 24
